You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe rooms looked a little run down, like it was time to do some remodeling. There was a small hole in the wall. The bathroom light was rusted.
The breakfast was as expected and adequate. The coffee was good (machine allowed you to selected the strenght desired). The hotel is in an easy distance to Texas A&M's campus.

United States of AmericaOur room was clean, but the HVAC unit's bearing was bad, so it made a terrible noise. The front desk offered another room; however, upon inspection, the room had a smell and decided to keep the noisey room rather than the smelly room
The breakfast was awesome! The break area was very clean and the staff there was very nice and helpful. She kept the food in their stations throughout the breakfast hours.

United States of AmericaFor the rates, it's fair. The room was a bit hot. The bathroom was not in the best conditions. The toilet was loose and the shower didn't have a place to put the soap or shampoo; it had broken off.
We were in town for A&M NSC. This hotel is about 15 mins away from campus. I really liked the breakfast options! A lot better than I was expecting. Cereal, oatmeal, waffle maker, egg, sousage links as well as juice, milk, and coffee. Fruit and yogurt too! A+!

United States of AmericaHotel is hard to find since it is behind another hotel. Called the hotel to tell them we were checking in much later than expected. Showed up and first room did not have the requested 2 beds; we were moved to another room where the A/C was making a loud humming noise; we requested another room and again did not have 2 double beds so had to sleep in a king bed and kids slept on sofa sleeper.
Did not expect a full breakfast that included eggs and sausage. Staff were friendly.
