Where do I start....I contacted the hotel the day before my scheduled arrival to confirm everything about my reservation. I confirmed the deposit amount & room rate for my 5 night stay. I also confirmed that I would be arriving after the night audit started. In this society we live in today, I estimated the time that I landed to make sure I would have time to unlock my credit card, for authorization right before night audit (I used to be a night auditor). We landed at the airport & I had an email showing that my card had declined at least an hour before the audit was done. I called and asked the auditor to authorize my card again, so I would not lose my room. She did and with no regards to me saying I'll be there in the next 20-25 minutes, she says "you only have til 7 a.m. to get here". So clearly she wasn't listening to me. We arrive at the hotel, low & behold other reviews described this employee to a "T". I knew who she was. She did not smile, did not greet me, did not even ask my name to pull up my reservation. She asks for my driver's license. Types in the computer. Changed my address on my reservation & when I was asked to verify my information I told her it's not the correct address. Her nasty response was "Well that's what's on your license". She never verified first if it was the correct address. My boyfriend even said "she really didn't want to correct the address". The least she could have done was prepare my keys once I said I was on my way. During my stay, I realized most employees were not properly taught customer service etiquette and just looked at you. Even in the elevator, an employee stood shoulder to shoulder with me with no smile -- no expression. This property will continue to decline due to poor employee friendliness. We never ate breakfast, we needed meat with our breakfast. We never even went to look at the breakfast. It was described in the reviews.

I loved the bed. Very soft mattress. Also of all the employees, Elizabeth seemed to be the most professional. I worked in the hotel industry for 13 years so she caught my attention.

The hotel is nice and quiet the front desk Staff was very polite and friendly. The hotel was quiet❤️. The halls were clean. There was no bad smells. The location was perfect for us . And there is a shopping center right across the street, since I needed to run and grab a couple of things. Very convenient. The breakfast was not great, but they do offer waffles, yogurt coffee things like that to fill your stomach. So can you complain about that. And there are also machines if you would like to purchase something that you would like to have so all in all, it was a great stay for me and my husband we would definitely stay here again.

Location did not have any restaurants within walking distance for dinner after a late flight. You need a car to go anywhere. We made do with snacks from a convenience store that was about to close. A nearby Walmart was also closing and there were no other venues in the vicinity.

Breakfast was included in price and offered enough choices to start the day. Room was ample size. Transfer from airport to hotel was included in price and worked well. Messaged hotel to ask about transfer to cruise terminal & was given the name of a company that provides this service. Transfer hotel to cruise terminal was arranged BEFORE we left home. Good move as they were overwhelmed.

The poor desk attendant was left by her manager to work alone on a Friday night. She got bombarded and made a mistake and charged my card twice when i prepaid. No big deal, but she needed the manager to come in to fix it. The manager was obviously upset about this, and had a very condescending attitude, as if it was anyone's fault there were problems on a busy night with one staff member. Also the hot water in the shower was broken. Didn't have time to complain as this card charge took up the time

That my credit card shows 2 charges for a night each, when I just stayed ONE night there. I told the staff and she told me one charge will dissappear, but it's still in my card statement, so I will complain to Booking.com

The pool/hot tub was really dirty, like the hot tub was green and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a good while. My kids flat out refused to swim in it. The breakfast was only waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt and fruit everyday. Absolutely no protein.

The location was fabulous and there was a Walmart across the street for the stuff we forgot. The beds were comfy and had enough pillows.

Waiting on the shuttle after making an appoitment the night before.I realize the driver had to juggle other ride but i get nervous when i have a scheduled flight getting close.

I was traveling from Brazil to Miami Intl and then from Fort Lauderdale Intl and needed a room close enough so I could use their shuttle in the morning.Uber got me there in the evening and my expectations were not high but it was actually better then expected.The bed was good and breakfast was better than expected,and the room was clean.I would stay again.

Closest restaurants (fast food only) were a 15 - 20 minute walk away. If you don’t have a vehicle, it could be difficult in very hot or rainy weather. Other than breakfast, property has little to offer in the way of proper food.

Breakfast buffet (waffles, cereals, fruit, juices, coffee) was well done. Good proximity to Port Everglades.

Hotel was quiet, rooms were properly stocked, staff was excellent and very accommodating.

The staff was super nice and very helpful. We did wait quite some time for the shuttle at the airport. Seems like there was a little miscommunication but we were on vacation so it was all good.

We arrived by cruise ship, which means very early. I had requested an early check in but unfortunately that was not possible. Check in wasn't till 3.00pm so we had to wait in the lobby for several hours. Luckily they did have a nice table with power so we could use our laptops and get some work done.

They offered free breakfast . It was pretty limited but the waffle maker was nice:) and a free shuttle to the airport, which was great! The room was very comfortable for a short term stay. We only stayed one night.

I didn't like that the pool was not very heated. It was still way below 20°C not fun for my kids. Also, the breakfast option did not have in any protein options. All we got was carbs.

Hot tub was not working, which wasn't the best, as that's the main reason I chose this facility. Also, housekeeping never came the whole week, and I had to request towels multiple times. Still needs to offer more protein at breakfast than just peanut butter and yogurt.

The location is great, this was my third time staying at this hotel. Bed very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. I will likely choose to stay there again, as the price and location are good.

The breakfast went to McDonald’s as there was not hot food besides waffles, the graffiti on the door in the bathroom and shower, the door going into the room was stuck due to the lock plate being bent and catching the door, the remote control had to be tapped down as it wouldn’t stay on.

Location to the airport, bed was comfortable staffed printed boarding passes, stored luggage in the early am as we just got off a cruise ship and had a pickup truck that’s didn’t have a cover
