There was a broken unplugged fridge and a broken arm chair in the room. They were oddly placed and blocked access to one side of one of the beds and windows.

The room was clean and linens were nice.

Somewhat in need of freshening up in room. Wall paper peeling, etc. Breakfast was expensive but we ate in the hotel for convenience and it was pretty awful. Just bad quality food and poorly prepared.

There was only coffee offered in lobby for a short time and no waters or any other resturants open except weekends. No options for resfresments of any sort in lobby areas. We ordered brunch the first day available and had to ask for hot food. One of the bowls at buffet was dirty with dried food on it. One of my blackberries was rotten upon cutting into it. Thankfully I didn’t bite into it. The pancakes and waffles where stiff and cold

Lack of costume service. Skills . No real amenities working .

Not much, it's an older establishment. other than renovations to update it a bit I liked everything.

staff were friendly, especially the woman at the front desk. Room was clean, everything I needed was provided.

Restaurant is closed on Saturday all day .. weird hours for pool. Set times for women and men only . Room was too hot. No ac in October. This was a turn off .

It is a very old hotel. There were cobwebs lining the ceiling above the bed. The bathroom walls had lotion or something stuck on them. The carpet was old and looked worn and dirty. The people in the room beside of us were very loud all night long (not exaggerating). Loud music, people being loud and tv loud until 6 am.

The stay wasn't cheap so we were expecting a few more extras - like coffee and tea and access to a bar area. Breakfast was very expensive, so we bought breakfast in town, instead. The bed was too soft for me.

The reception area was great. The maintenance guy was brilliant in helping us turn off the air con. The room was a good size. Plenty of parking if you have a car. Walkable to Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, though it's a good distance. Check out Pretty Little Vintage nearby - it's great.

Didn’t like that pool has separate hours for men and women for whatever the reason. Didn’t like that vending machine stole 4 dollars from me and never gave my Merchandise or a refund from staff which I was promised. Didn’t Like that housekeeping came at 5:30 pm next day after check in to make up our room when we had already returned for the day. Didn’t like the very springy beds. Didn’t like that our bathroom was not wheelchair accessible which I was expecting since we had my mother in law with us who uses a wheelchair.

Didn’t refill coffee pods or cups. Room was not updated but was pretty clean and bed was comfortable. Stained pillowcases and comforter not changed. Pool hours were weird and didn’t make sense.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Our room was not super updated (piece of the bar was breaking off, entry light had that haunted flicker to it) and the bed dipped like a taco unfortunately.

Very good location. Overall, the property is very well kept. The lobby are is very nice, and it's very close to a lot of attractions. Also, we had a room with a patio which was very nice.

Rooms were run down, my first room had no signal or WiFi and I asked to move - the second room had an awful smell and could hear so much noise outside. Bathroom wasn’t clean and the hotel as a whole was pretty shabby. Some staff were painfully and unnecessarily rude and the $18 breakfast was pretty bleak too. Very very odd place.
