There really isn't a front desk. And they don't open until 4. There is little to no communication on room when u check in pretty much just hand you the key.

Liked being above the bar and restaurant! It was great to get the music in the evening and able to enjoy a good meal!

There are only stairs to the room, so it’s an inconvenience if you’re having a lot of bags.

The property is actually a restaurant (a very good one). Rooms are above the restaurant.

We didn't experience anything we didn't like.

The location was excellent- we had a nice view of the marina. The suites were fun. The staff were very friendly. In the evening, we went to the bar for drinks then went up to our deck area and listened to the music.

Coffee maker in our room #3 did not work very well.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent! Super nice bartenders, great food and drinks!

It is not a motel. You can only check in to your room from 4 PM to 9:45 PM, and the restaurant closes at 10. So, there is no support or help beyond that point. In the book, in the room, there were instructions on how to use the Direct DV box, but the Direct TV did not work. They said it would be fixed the next day, but that did not help my one-night stay. The handle lock did not work, but there was a deadbolt.

The room was clean. It met our needs as a place to sleep that was less expensive than all the others in the area. A helpful book in the room laid out all options for food, transportation for all the local places that could be called after they were closed. No pre paying for the room you just pay at the restaurant when you check-in. No hidden fees like cleaning. The Restaurant had live music until 9:30 (could be pro or con) as the music was heard in the room as well.

It is advertised as music every or most nights with dancing in a Tiki bar as photos are posted on their web page. This is far from the truth. There is music of 1 or maybe 2 musicians, no dancing happens and it has no atmosphere. Very very disappointing. The rooms have the worst coffee machine ever and they provide a fridge but there is nothing to put in it. No coffee available before 11am or indeed no breakfast. This could easily be fixed and would deserve 5 stars.

It is in a superb location and the restaurant is absolutely excellent as is the jet ski facility on site.

Location was great. Nice restaurant and tiki bar on site. The rooms are very basic, no frills, but very clean and comfortable. We love that you have a patio designated specifically for your room.

No hair dryer in the room, but a CVS is just down the road so that was an easy fix. There is a short step down to the patio that we both missed in the dark. A little yellow tape or maybe glow in the dark tape would help.

Snapper’s is a charming little place a bit off the beaten path. Just 4 rooms. Restaurant and bar downstairs available for lunch and dinner. Jet ski and kayak rental next door. Short drive north to assorted things like glass bottom boat cruises. Rooms are comfortable and all four have a patio to enjoy a drink or the sunrise if you are up early enough. We are already looking forward to a return trip

Cleanliness of the room.

Bar was crowded and bartenders struggled to keep up with the amount of drinks and orders. He was friendly and professional, however, I feel a second staff member may have been helpful.

Must climb stairs to reach the rooms. Facility had some construction going on and they started early making constant noise.

The facility seems worn down with the doors creeky and shaky. Additionally, in the wee hours during our stay, a homeless woman knocked on the door which made us feel unsafe from then on.

It was worth the price point, and the fact that the restaurant was located just downstairs was an additional plus. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable.
