The noise insulation between units is not good. I would try to book an upstairs unit next time. We were downstairs this time and you can hear every step, drawer opened and even voices from upstairs. This was particularly unpleasant as the people above packed up at 3 am....

Toilet seat was loose and a little treacherous. Smelled lightly of propane, which seemed to give me a minor headache both nights.

Always a charming complex to return to in the evenings. Very comfortable bed. Unit was clean with clear instructions. Easy checking in and out.

The resort does not provide crib. If you have a baby or toddler, you need to take a travel crib with you.

Rooms are clean. It is convenient that check in and check out are all no contact.

the trash that we had to dump ourselves was a bit difficult because the dumpster was far from our condo and the lid was very heavy to lift open (sr citizen).

The condo was very well decorated and had all the comforts of home. The rooms were very comfy and the kitchen had all the amenities that you would expect. The parking area was right out the front door which made it easy to unload bags etc. Very quiet and the landscaping and views were exceptional.

Only virtual contact with renting agency (which actually worked pretty smoothly). There were steps we needed to perform when leaving - such as disposing the trash or starting the dishwasher etc. we learned about only the day before our departure from the email - it would have been nice to know already at the time of booking that there will be such actions needed. We would still book the place but would not be surprised...

We were amazed. We thought we are booking a larger apparment and figured out we booked pretty decent vacation house. Being a family with 3 adults and 2 young kids it was abosolutely perfect for us. The house was well equipped and meaningfully close to stores, restaurants etc. (still need to drive). Once getting back to the location we'll surely come back. It gives a feeling of being at home while staying in such lovely destination.

They had nobody to help us when we were locked out of our room. The phone numbers given were not manned nor was it possible to leave a message. The instruction to text a local man was useless - he never received them! I sent an email but no answer. we waited for 1.5 hours to get into the room for vital medication- a very harrowing experience. Nobody contacted us at any time. The on site agent arrived to let us in after we had waited for 1.5 hours - not acceptable! He told us that they were available 24/7 which I laughed at - just not true!

Accommodations were very roomy. Liked the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and kitchen area.

Low water pressure in shower. A bit difficult to figure out TV controls using streaming services. Noticed an Amazon fire stick remote but no directions how to use it.

Excellent location and access to apartment. Close to plenty of attractions and walking trails. The communication regarding check-in and departure was great!!

Too many glass tables. I would highly recommend getting rid of it especially since this place seems to cater to families with kids ( bunk beds). I honestly 6hink a small, simple wood coffee table is enough in the living room area.
