The internet was incredibly slow, barely faster then dialup.

Room was large and comfortable, bed was nice, and bathroom was clean. Microwave and fridge were great to have for a motel too and staff was very helpful. I left my earbuds in the room and the front desk went back to the room for me to look for it and held onto it for me.

Nothing, really. It would have been nice to look out the window at the mountains, but since it's a motel the window looks out on the outdoor walkway by which people access their own rooms, so for privacy I wanted to keep the curtains drawn most of the time. But that's quite a minor objection.

It was great. The location truly cannot be beat. The motel itself is not a luxury property, for sure, but the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. There was a small kitchenette with refrigerator - all that I needed. The "maid service" was excellent. Tub and shower worked well.

The room was old, needs paint, the door leaks air and the locks don’t always work properly; the breakfast was only cereal and yogurt. The wifi was either weak or nonexistent. I had to receive and send work emails and I usually had to go to Abbey’s Coffee Shop to get good enough internet to work.

The location was right at the Summit Stage bus stop with direct service to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. Excellent. Parking was near the room door and free. Staff was very nice. Maid service was very good and daily. Coffee was very good. Lighting was good in the room. Lots of hot water and a good shower and towels.

Despite no smoking allowed, our room smelled from cigarette smoke pretty bad and we aren’t smokers so made it uncomfortable.

It was right next to shuttle stop and in the center of town.

A bit of cold air leaked in around the door and the bed was a bit soft. A fan in the bath area would have helped with the steam but there was always hot water and good pressure.

There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The Summit Stage bus to ski areas stops at the front door. The maid service was great.

Outdated rooms, the outside door was freeze shut every morning. Good thing we had a knife to cut the ice and only that way we could open the door. But I guess you get what you pay for. If we have paid five hundred for the night, this property would have received two star rating

Superb location for the money. Shuttle bus station to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain is twenty feet away. In the center of all action in Frisco, dining, bars, live music, etc.

Location! Literally at the ski bus stop & steps away from shops & restaurants. Most convenient. Good heat and hot water. Comfortable bed.

We stayed here twice. Both rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room on the ground floor had a kitchenette with it for self catering, which was nice and pine paneled walls. The other one was accessed by outdoor stairs (parentheses no lift) , had a mini fridge and microwave and more light. There’s a playground for families with young children, and picknick tables
