The bright light radiating through the window, thank god I was tired from driving. I had to use a blanket to cover it. There was also a dry container and sauce container with dried up sauce in the bedside drawer. They died the stuff in the drawer even after they “inspected” it. I showed the picture and was just told sorry very nonchalantly.

Severely outdated. Dirty, stains on bedding. The worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years.

The staff at the reception was not very friendly. Not unfriendly, just "there" Bathroom in room should be redone No water in the reception area No beeakfast

I prepaid and no mention of a deposit but had to pay a deposit upon arrival. first time I ever payed a deposit. had to wait for a room check to get my deposit back. Had two leftover wet wash cloths left over from a previous customer. The room smelled like old cigarettes.

Maybe the motel owner (we owned a motel for 12 years) can answer this being it was only the caretakers of the motel who could not. Question, If I reserve a room with my credit card and I'm a no-show. you bill me. Correct? If I steal your TV you bill my C.C, Correct?... So, Why after checking in was there a cash demand of fifty dollars (And I did say CASH!) refundable after a walk thru inspection of room and key return. Was told if we leave at 4am ring the bell and wake them. I absolutely would not pay this and would of walked out if they would not of relented. It's a degrading experience and a poor business model. It's why you have a credit card on file. Plus we have no interest in decorating our home in a well used motel room style. Although the 30 year old hacked up broken toilet seat was tempting to put in our luggage! Made us feel like we're criminals!

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were okay, bathroom was beat up.

It was old and needed some repairs. The space was small especially the bathroom. It would have been nice to have another chair in the room and a coffee maker.

It was convenient, and clean. There was always hot water immediately when you turned on the faucet.

I found hairs on the sheets in one of the beds, I had a deluxe double queen room and the other bed was clean. The towels and linens need to be replaced as they seems worn to me. There was a door in the room to have adjoining room which was unlocked when I arrived. Something that should be checked when the room is cleaned for the next guest. Especially for people traveling alone.

The rate was much lower than most of the hotels in the area. I was easy to get to and had restaurants within a short drive.

I didn’t like that there would be a charge for stained towels, the tv hdmi ports had a lock on them so you couldn’t use a game system or firestick for the tv. The bath in the room was dirty upon arrival.

The property want too bad considering the location, the room was up to date.

I had to hold down the start button for the coffee maker to work, and then I found out there were no stirrers. There’s no box of Kleenex. There was a rat outside the door in the gutter. The clientele were loud.

The sink was cool and the room was decent.
