Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I wish they had some sort of non-skid floors. My kid slipped (nothing major) when she ran in because it was raining. This can be a great liability.
Very quaint, clean, large rooms. It WAS quiet at night, slightly loud in the morning (roughly 6-7 am), but it mostly bothered me because of my hangover (NYE!). They have a small refrigerator that is perfect for a 6 pack, and some food. But did I mention that their beds are super comfy? I was so happy to get into that bed (there is another budget hotel located at the opposite end of the strip that has awful beds...which made this even more amazing), especially for the price on a premium holiday, over the weekend.

Small yet noticeable items would be update door hinges, knobs, luggage rack (outdated). Suggest ceramic tile floors be cleaned with floor scrubber to clean grouts

Pros: Comfortable, clean, great location Cons: Stayed during Danish Days. A group of men were outside talking and laughing until after midnight. The manager apologized and I was compensated for the inconvenience.

The property location is right in the center of the city. The hotel is clean. Above all, the staff is the BEST.
The hotel was clean. The staff was amazing. our stay was exceptional. it started the minute we walked in. The receptionist, Karina, was very cheerful and very helpful. She greeted us the moment we walked in and then the check-in was very smooth and pleasant. Then, on Monday morning we checked out; Donna was also very cheerful and the check-out was as smooth as the check-in. Thank you Karina and Donna. Your professionalism and outstanding customer service made our stay exceptional.

Open vanity. Maybe a sliding door or curtain would help. Parking in front of the door is welcome if you park on it but makes it hard for the others to park. Remove it or make it closer to the stair area.
Excellent breakfast offering. We ate at the bakery the first day. The breakfast was great. And we had a very pleasant waitress that served us breakfast. We chose to take out our breakfast the second day. We thought they wouldn't give us all the things that were included in the breakfast meal, but they did and packed it so nicely. Thank you. The room was surprisingly quiet in spite of its location, first floor and we were able to park right in front of our room the second day.

The hotel room flooring would have been nicer with some area rugs. The current hard flooring was cold on bare feet.
