The code on the door the our unit was finickey.. it only worked every ~10 times. But the code on the door to the building worked every time and the host was responsive when we messaged them about it at 11pm.

the place was so nice! It felt like a hotel but more private and more space .. plus full kitchen amenities. The high ceilings and windows were very lovely.

Road noise. Dish washer was not attached to cabinets and fell forward if not careful. Unit is a little worn.

The bathroom was clogged

It is a super apartment with all the commodities you need to stay comfortable. It is big and has a semi private bedroom. Everything was great, I could do laundry, cook...and it has a rooftop with a nice view :) The location is also good. It's only 13 minutes walk from the city hall. All in all its perfect for a visit to Philly:)

The communication with the owner of the property

The location was very convenient for the wedding we were going to but, although the noise levels were mentioned in the ad and ear plugs were provided, I don’t think it really explained just how loud it was. The noise level was extreme from the street. I know it’s not much they can control but the motorcycles/ loud cars would go up and down the street all day AND night. The apartment would just echo everything and there was not much sound insulation. I grew up in an inner city and I’m used to noise to an extent, but my autistic children were not at all comfortable with the noise. We used the earplugs and sound machines to try to drown out the noise but I might as well be on the street. Besides that, we could have used an iron and board. I was expecting it and was disappointed I couldn’t find one.

It was nice and modern. There was enough space for my family. I liked that the rooms were upstairs and the bed was comfortable.

It would have been better if it had option to extend the check out time. Other than that everything was great.

It was very clean and able to do check in without any issues. Plenty of free parking nearby. Felt very secure in the area. Provided with everything that were needed.

Basically, the place was clean. But the prior occupant left some ugly marks on the walls in the bathroom that I had to clean up. Nice that the apartment had spray cleaner and paper towels, so it was not a big deal. Also, I had trouble getting the TV to work. Turns out I had used the wrong password for the internet (because I had previously stayed in the unit next door), so I could not cast Netflix, YouTube, etc. onto the screen. (There is no regular TV service.). My son finally stayed with me my last night and he was able to figure it out. I am sure Sonder personnel would have helped me sooner, but I was busy with other stuff and never reached out. I plan to try to stay at this Sonder the next time I visit Philly.

I love this Sonder. I shop at the Aldi one block away. My daughter lives nearby. The apartment is beautiful. Facilities fantastic. Washer, dryer, fridge, ovens, dishwasher. All great. Nice sleeping area and nice bathroom.

Loud ventilation from the pizza place downstairs Very low water pressure in shower Missing skillet in the kitchen and initial refusal of customer service to take care of this. All sorted out eventually, though.

Size or apartment is perfect, the bed very comfortable, and there are plenty of other amenities.

ITS WONDERFUL PLACE

Omg, this place is insane. I didn’t even know that I’ll be in such huge apartment, there is all what you need and more, I really thought to just stay there for 2 nights and don’t go out from this apartment until check-out. Cool location, shops near, city centre near too. If I will be in Philadelphia again, I definitely will stay ONLY here.

Gun shots were fired right below the secound floor window at appt 12:04 pm right after the new year came in. Very unsafe property location is in a very dangerous area compared to how you ranted about the attractions. The guest coming in and out look very traumatized by this place and the standard of safety & location I promise to leak this onto trip advisor bookings.com site, the SONDER Site, Expedia , hotels tonight & hotels . Com, Agora Com , get a room all the sides every one will know about this incident. I have a witness as well who was there at the time shots were fired was about 6 shots. Your property is deemed unsafe & guest should feel very scared about the location , no safety measures and forgot to mention , the homeless man sitting right at the entry to the complex. I tried to get a shoot but we were scared he may have had a weapon. The most horrible stay of my life.

The TV was connected to some type of chrome cast, we weren’t able to use it during our stay because it was not easily accessible even with the instructions. There was a roof top area advertised and in this property it did not exist, not with our reservation.

Parking seemed like it could be a problem but we were lucky and found a 24 parking spot close to the Union building across the street after 6.

It was conveniently located near a bunch of shops and restaurants and Lyfts to Independence Hall were cheap. You can see city hall just right down the street.
