Dirty bed sheets are a no go and we would have appreciated an additional shower head for flexible use.

We especially liked the location close to Wall Street and access to many public transport options. The room was pretty nice and clean for US Standards and the fully equipped kitchen was def. a plus!

Unfortunalety the freezer was very loud, especially during night times.

Everything was awesome! Huge appartement with opportunities to cook, wash, clean and eat. If something else was needed e.g. coffee or washing tabs there is always the posibility to get it in the lobby. I would highly recommend this appartement for a New York trip! :-)

While nothing was a major factor in suggest two things as areas for improvement: 1. Create more closet and storage space. There’s only one storage unit with zero drawers or closets within. 2. Maybe consider complimentary cleaning services once in 3 days instead of once in 5 days.

Our King Studio was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with all essential cutlery and cooking items (pots, pan, spatulas, plates, cups, glasses and lots of silverware). The property is centrally located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Three subway lines were at 2-3 mins walking distance. The place is right next to Battery Park which is the port of origin that takes you to Statue of Liberty. The famous Charging Bull is 3 mins walk from the property. All major restaurants and grocery stores easily deliver within 30-40 minutes. The Sonder app responds with requests and enquiries fairly quickly. The staff at the reception were amazing particularly a very kind and efficient lady named Cute. There were two other ladies at the Reception who were very nice and friendly. Everyone we are in NYC, we are definitely coming back to Sonder.

The mattress of the sofa-bed (where our kids slept) was terrible: the kids could hardly sleep on it the first night because it was very thin and had metallic wires in it which hurt them in the back while lying on the mattress. Terrible. I complained about this the next day and the staff came with an extra mattress they put on top of the first one. That mattress was ok.

Perfect location, close to subways lines 1,4,5, R, W. Clean and relatively spatious. Well equipped with recent furniture including full kitchen. Great rooftop. Helpful staff.

Website said preferred rate of $35 at a nearby lot, front desk said they are not affiliated with any parking lots. Maybe this is a recent change. The bedroom air unit is the loudest I've ever heard in my life. I'm a very deep sleeper, always miss alarms, but this AC unit would scare me awake every night lol. Again, not a major issue, just a fair note. No fan in the bathroom

I was expecting our stay at Sonder to be more like a stay in a hotel, but it wasn't. It might be perfect for a business trip or an extended stay, but I would choose a different place for a vacation.

Sonder is an excellent option for a business trip or an extended stay. The apartment we had was pretty big. The nearest subway station is 5 minutes by walk. They have a nice rooftop, but the pool wasn't working cause the season was over.

This is not a hotel, so you need to use the app or go to front desk for extra towels and supplies This is deep into the Financial District and not very close to restaurants, bars, shopping - however being so close to Bowling Green and Rector Subway line, you can get anywhere from Penn Station to West Village, Upper east Side etc in minutes

This is my third Sonder ( London, Mexico City) It is great to have the extra room of an apt - kitchen, wash/dryer etc. Very roomy and well equipped place. Good amenities-Co- Working Lounge with nice desk and plug in set up, Roof deck with pool, gym Close to a Whole Foods and a West Bank Deli with great breakfast and deli Close to two subway lines- right out the front door

There are almost no negatives but if I had to think of one: there was no main light and the lamps were frustratingly tricky to work out. Also I understand the pool was closed for winter but it would have been nice to be able to get up to the roof terrace with a coffee and see the city lights

The apartment was spotless and really well stocked. It had absolutely everything we could have wanted for our stay. The location is ideally situated for travel around the city as there are so many subway lines close by. The area itself wasn’t one I would have spent time in otherwise but as a base for exploring it was great and there were plenty of places around to get groceries and to go for breakfast. It’s quiet at night and feels safe. My 7 year old loved the proximity to Battery Park which has a great playground and space for him to run about. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Sonder, especially for travellers with children.

Ventilation/AC very loud. A bit uncomfortable sofa bed.

We loved our apartment, well equipped kitchen and the space. Great location too, quite area with easy access to subway or ferry. I would stay there again! Oh.. and rooftop is beautifully done with tables sun beds and nice planting.

Expensive but maybe justified by the location and NYC prices.

Good location close to Battery Park (ferry to Statue of Liberty) and metro stations (green and red lines). Fairly spacious and well-equipped rooms, with big fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. App works well for check-in and as digital room key. Stable and fast wifi.

No cable TV - we knew this in advance and the logic provided was that people can connect their own devices to watch TV, but this isn't possible when you are not from the US. We had the king studio which was super spacious but there was a lot of empty space - there would have been plenty of room for a sofa which would have made the room a lot more comfortable (as only seating options were individual chairs or the bed).

Great location close to multiple subway stops, nice to have the kitchen facilities and ability to do laundry. Everything was clean and well equipped. The app was great and easy to use, and the chat function was helpful.
