Only one thing could be better - price of cleaning service. We were there for 7 nights and at least one cleaning per this period of time should be free. It wasn´t and we didn´t want to pay for this service. Air-conditioner was quite noisy.

The hotel is situated near Miami beach and public transportation so the location is really good. Our room was comfy and we did´t hear some disturbing noices, only a few times when workers did some job outside. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

I liked the reception area it had some nice furniture and seemed stylish, I liked that you could eat outside and by the pool, the coffee was actually pretty good in their restaurant, they knew how to make a decent cortado ( I’m a real coffee snob). The location was great just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The bed was super comfy too.

The elevator looks old lime it was the only thing they did not remodel when the hotel was remodeled. Also the hallways can use a little refresh and touch up to modernize them a bit.

This is a little gem of a hotel. I had a studio and it more than met my needs. But the sink in bathroom was so small you make a mess using it. Otherwise room is great. I can hear birds right outside my room almost all day. Also ppl staying above me were making a huge party and jumping around at 3am! I heard everything but luckily I was tired and could sleep easily. Food at Bar Lucce was excellent. I at breakfast lunch and dinner there for 4 days rather than waste money on médiocre rest. in SoBe. The staff was great. Pool area looks ok but don't expect much. If you want a pool scene go to 1 Hotel.

You need to ask for room service and you need to extra pay for it. There was no parking. The corridors of the hotel were with old carpet and it smells a lot.

The only con I would find is the lack of thickness of the walls, which made one night tough because we could hear every word said by the neighbors. Fortunately they checked out the following day, so it wasn’t a bigger problem. With quieter neighbors, it’s not a problem.

The room and lobby interior was genuinely beautiful. Everything looked the same way as it was shown on the photos. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The bar in the hotel was also amazing and so convenient. The pool area was big enough for the adult guests.

Walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbours (from all directions) talk, snore, their tv play.. and anything else. We were filed a noise complaint because of walking in our room and talking at a normal level. No music or tv on. Hotel staff was warning us we would get removed and banned on a second complaint!?? We hardly dared to breathe in our room after that. The bathroom is tiny and the ventilation and AC are old, dirty and very noisy.

Basic but ok value for money (Miami is expensive). Good location and restaurant downstairs is perfect for dinner and breakfast.

I would only prefer a larger bathroom sink although the bathroom design is georgeous.

Location is great, you are across the bridge to Design district or you can take free trolley down to South beach. Employees are quite polite and helpfull, bed is supercomfortable. Beach is few minutes away and you can take the hotel towels.

The area below restaurant where the toilets are was being used as a dumping ground for all sorts of stuff. Almost blocking the access to the gents toilet. Soap dispenser ran out, and was left empty for two days.

Only rooms with balconies have windows that open, which I didn’t know. I personally found that a bit gross for a 4-person room for 5 nights. However, the front desk told me to set the air condition to “cool” and that made the air better/fine. Pool area is really nice but in the shade (at least in January).

Great place to stay, well located close to the beach (with free beach chair access) and with decent food options. Friendly staff. Our bathroom door creaked and they came to fix it rather quickly.

A good indicator of the quality of a stay at any hotel is the initial welcome and the quality of the coffee they serve at breakfast. The first was disappointing, but good coffee is served with a genuine smile and the (very recently opened) bar and breakfast area is a very welcome addition to the hotel. The surrounding neighbourhood seems to be transforming quickly and we felt the rooms were spacious and on par as far as quality/costs are concerned !

There were just a few minor things that we did not like. First of all, there were a lot of hair on the ground when we arrived and hair is one of my pet peeves but other than this the room was clean. One other thing is that it a really tiny closet and there was no way that we could hang both of our stuff there so ai could not take out anything from my luggage which is really inconvenient if you are staying longer. One last thing is that the sink in the shower was really small but this did not bother me that much.

It was really aesthetic. The bathroom looked really good. It is a really cute looking hotel. The people were nice and helpful when we had questions. It had a nice pool too but the beach was also just a 4 min walk away so it was perfect. There was a small supermarket behind it and also a few places to it. The wifi worked really well and we also had a big TV. I would truly recommend this place. I was afraid that the room will look different than on the pictures but it looked actually the exact same.

One thing I would add is the optional tea kettle as I am a huge tea drinker and having to get hot water from the lobby is not ideal, but this is a very personal preference.

The design and decor of the hotel were very pleasant! All the amenities were also great. Overall awesome location, lovely friendly fun staff, and the room perfect as can for the price!

The sink of the bathroom was really small, almost impossible to use it without making a mess. They don't clean the room through out the stay (you can request it for a fee), I stayed for over a week there I think at least one cleaning could be included for the amount of days I stayed. A bit noisy, I could hear people talking in other rooms.

Nice location, walking distance to the beach and bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to Lincoln road in a few minutes. Coffee shop, restaurants and supermarkets close to the hotel. The area is very quiet and felt pretty safe. The room was just as in the pictures, super comfy bed, mini fridge and coffee machine/tea maker was useful. Wifi internet worked perfectly fine during my whole stay. Friendly staff, check-in and check-out were very quick.

The sink was too small, the bathroom door had a space where water was coming through. There is no housekeeping for free u had to request this with a fee of 20usd, garbage had to be taken downstairs, no room service, no restaurant or bar on premises. This should be implemented.

The cleanliness of the room and the quietness of the environment. Staff was friendly, location was close to everything u needed around. Transportation can be taken just across the road.

We wish the walls were more noise resilient. We heard all neighbors ‘business’ in the next room. Or somebody was wearing shoes (heels) in the room upstairs, and we heard all their walking.

The location is great! Welcoming and friendly personnel. Nice lobby and pool. The beach is 5-7 min walk away.
