We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe smoke alarm battery in my bedroom was low with irritating chirping. There is no phone number to call and I had to download the Sonder app to message someone to replace it. Thankfully once I did that, the battery was replaced that evening and all was good.

We were in need of extra hand towels and washcloths but there were never any on the 5th floor as stated in the app. When we requested them we only received 2 large towels and no washcloths.
The location of the property made access to things in Nashville easy.

United States of AmericaThe sound from outside was very loud, and nothing you can control but the homeless laying outside the door daily was a little scary. Nashville needs to do something about that. As we walked out of the hotel door they were always there and asking for something or yelling.

Loved the location...couldn't be better!! Very spacious, lots of room for 5 adults. It was great to have a kitchen with everything you need and great to have access to towels, etc. It is a perfect refuge from the hustle and bustle of Broadway Street!!

Location was perfect. Right in the heart of the city also. It very convenient and loved that we were connected to Taco Bell.

the location is amazing! the place is clean,modern and has comfortable beds. very accommodating and responsive hosts. i felt very safe here as there were 3 security codes- front door of building, elevator, and our room door. walking distance to so many great things- including broadway. would definitely stay here again!

CanadaI felt we paid a huge premium ($2000 Canadian) for the luxury of 2 bedrooms for 4 nights. I am sure we could have found something more reasonable. But as they say you only live once!
Beautiful 2 bedroom unit with 1 1/2 baths was perfect for us when we took our 16 yr old granddaughter to Nashville. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was a real bonus. The location was excellent, right around the corner from Broadway. The kitchen was very well equipped.

If normal downtown noises bother you, bring earplugs for sleep. we heard garbage trucks or some sort of truck backing up in the mornings but it was brief didn’t bother us at all. We also heard some music very faint on Thursday night. We sleep with a box fan at home and that always helps to block noise. A few years ago we discovered a Box Fan app for our phones and use that when we travel for our fam noise. I would not let a little normal downtown noise deter me from staying again.
We loved the the property, clean and beautifully decorated looks just like the pictures. Everything you need is on hand. dishes, pots and pans (if you like to cook on vacation 😂) plenty of towels. The location was absolutely perfect, we were just around the corner, literally a 3 minute walk to Broadway and all the music. Mike’s Ice Cream was right next door, that is a must go to. We also felt very secure with the front entrance keypad and elevator keypad. Checking in was super easy with the Sonder app. Had an issue with app when checking out, but I messaged Sonder through the app and they were able to check us out with no problems very quickly.

United KingdomWe were given the wrong code to enter the apartment. We got into the apartment block but could not access the apartment. We called and spoke to someone in Malaysia??? to get into the apartment. After an hour of trying various codes, standing in the passage outside the actual apartment as nothing worked someone from the local office came and let us in. Apparently the code had not been set in the keypad. Bad start to the 4 nights but once in the apartment things were great Had two queries which were resolved quickly. Bathroom curtain smelt miffty.
Loved the location. Out the door and you are are steps away from Broadway and the music. The bedrooms were big and airy with super sized beds. Kitchen and lounge area are great. Loved the touch of cleaning supplies very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again.
