I found the access using passcodes a bit of a pain.

The location is very good. Out of town, nicely in the Hillsboro region. A very nice area near the Vanderbilt University.

The TV did not have anything you could watch unless you Stream your own subscriptions. I do not have any subscriptions and thus the TV was useless. The was extremely disappointing.

Area was great but basement parking was very dark.

Our room 204 was on the ground floor level with a rear car park for an adjacent bar.. we could not use the balcony or open the curtains as there was no privacy .. also staff from the bar used this area as a smoking place..!! I complained and asked to move but Sonder staff said that I would have to rebook thro booking.com. I said I had booked the room 8 months ago but appeared to have been allocated the worst room in the complex .. Sonder said room assignment was automatically done .. because of this I would not book there again .

TIP: the car park is currently free - barriers and tickets machines are not working so anyone can park there. They tried to advertise us pre-paid parking for $20 per day which would've been a complete waste of money. A fair amount of wear and tear in the apartment. For example, the sofa was very worn. The photos are not representative - maybe it looked this fancy when it was new, but it's several years old now.

For the price, a good place to stay. Massive bed. Lots of space. Everything in working order. Felt safe. Great location.

Could use a TV in the master bedroom, and a dresser for clothes storage. Some pillows on the couch to make it more comfortable. Elevator was down during the start of our stay till the day before our departure. At least service elevator was available.

Last time we used Sonder in New Orleans the photos matched the apartment and it was FABULOUS this time it was a let down… but still enjoyed it… not what we thought we’d paid for poor advertising at best misleading for sure…

The towels were dirty and the floor as well. The balcony was facing two huge garbage containers. The walls were really thin and the ceiling lamp shook as people walked upstairs.

The apartment was nice and roomy, kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfy. Overall the apartment was clean.

there is no staff. Its contactless and the software to check in delayed checking in by 1+ hours beacuse the registration links were not working. Had to get a tech to resend link like 3 times minimum.

Beds were hard . There was no eating area or kitchen table. No instructions for the TV. It was cumbersome having to work with the app for communication, etc.

The bed was broken, which we didn't learn until late the first evening. We sent photos on the Sonder app and a new bed was in the room by the next afternoon.

Great location - it was within walking distance of great local restaurants and shops, several banks and even a Kroger.

We had no washcloths, the bed was too hard for us, and the thermostat wouldn’t stay where I put it. We woke up several times hot and had to get up and turn thermostat back down.

The place could have been a bit cleaner. Dust and grime on walls... bathroom floors didn't look totally clean when we arrived. Broken parts in the shower. And the pull out sofa bed was uneven, making sleep actually very unpleasant. Lastly, our room was next to the back parking lot, it appears. There was some construction/truck noises one of the mornings at about 6:45/7am. Way too early for that noise on a vacation! Thanks!

The sofa bed was aweful. It was so slanted and the mattress felt like it was used for the past 20 years without maintenance. It is most probably time to change that. It was not an enjoyable sleep. The linen had stains on them. The living room carpet was dirty as well. It could be nice if there was at least 4 high chairs since the apartment accomodates 4 people.

Location was not bad if you want to be close enough to the downtown area but far enough from too much movement. Check-in and check- out were smooth. The apartment was relatively clean and amenities were good. It was quite well equipped.

The keypad lock did not work properly and should be replaced immediately. It poses a potential danger to guests because it does not lock and unlock properly.

The location was central to our destinations and close to great restaurants and shops.

Speaking Sonder directly was great but it was difficult to extend one night more they never got back to me or Booking.com so that was a bit difficult.

It was gorgeous and very spacious. I would highly recommend getting a Sonder it has everything you need.
