Bedroom carpet had stains, not enough kitchen supplies like colander, serving bowls and plates. Kitchen counter bar stools very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Location was a bit edgy.

The table and chairs on the balcony haven't been cleaned for a long time, had to clean them myself.

Cool place, overall staying there was great. There is a special room for storage of baggage for the guests

Being nitpicky here-$30/day parking seemed a bit steep (maybe it’s in-line with daily midtown parking rates?). Street noise could get loud at night (not much Sonder can do about that).

Great location - walking distance to groceries, restaurants, transit, downtown, tourist sites, etc. easy access to the parking garage and room upon arrival, area felt safe, suite was perfect for our needs. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed was broken and there was no one to fix it. We had to change rooms. We wanted to stay in the original room until the next morning, but couldn't because they had already processed the room change. Luckily we did not get locked out.

The first apartment was beautiful with a nice view. The second apartment has a larger bedroom but not as good a view.

It took me at least 20 minutes to figure out how to get in the garage with the gate code. Also, just my opinion parking should be included in the stay.Overall everything else was great

There was nothing not to like. I enjoyed my stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

I had the 1 bedroom apartment with the balcony. I walked in and was amazed that the apartment looked exactly like the online pictures. It was nice and clean, smelled very fresh and had everything I needed to prepare my meals. I felt very safe in the area. It was very quiet and the building and garage is secured.

Although the place was clean there were minor repairs that needed to be done in the room that looked like it was quick fixed, like nails for the tissue rack and the shower door in the master bed room. but over all great

The only issues I had was that my bathroom was missing fixtures from the wall, they were not necessary but I was surprised that housekeeping did not catch that someone had removed the towel rack from the wall. I just found it odd. I also found a small roach in the kitchen while I was cooking, however, the apartment was incredibly clean so I can't imagine that it was an infestation, just a single bug that got in.

The apartment was very nice, had all of the amenities of an extended stay. I used the fitness facilities twice and they offered enough equipment that I could actually do a full workout. The front desk was very helpful with the issues that I had, and did their best to fix my problems immediately. I will return to Sonder again, considering the care they showed me during my stay. Thank you.

It was a bit noisy late and night, and one of my friends said the walls were a bit thin so he could hear the people next door very clearly.

Excellent location for Downtown and Midtown. Close to the Metro too. Very clean, plenty of towels, easy to check in/ out. Free luggage storage was very useful for before we checked in and once we'd checked out. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Somewhat like an airbnb, the biggest lack was basic cooking needs, for example, olive oil, which is tough to buy for a three-night stay.

The apartment was superb in almost every way. I would stay here again for sure. Everything was comfortable ... the bed, the shower, the kitchen, the living room ... all of the highest rating.
