Great location in downtown old town Alexandria; easy walking and public transport, and plenty of diverse food options and local attractions close by. The apartment (room 205) was comfortable, clean, safe and fine - though facilities were available we did not do any cooking; but enjoyed the good coffee and tea. We enjoyed being able to open the windows (somewhat) and the very comfortable bed.

Parking was an absolute nightmare. I also would have like to been able just to watch regular TV because I don't have a Netflix account. So I didn't like that.

I was only able to stay 1 of 4 nights bc I got sick and went home. I loved the hotel. Great location.

My room was on ground floor, looking at courtyard. The door to was opening to the courtyard. Door was a glass garden door with a lock on it. Couldn’t open the curtains of the door and the door didn’t feel safe. There was a huge exit sign right in front of the door with a red light that would get into you eye trying to sleep right accross. There were machinery sounds at night waking you up.

We had an issue with the door not closing the first night, but the staff was super responsive through the app (even though it was late) and sent someone first thing the next day to fix it.

The overall quality of construction is poor. Towel bars/hooks and lights are hanging off the wall. Windows and doors don’t close properly. Not particularly clean

The location is perfect - right on King Street, halfway between the metro and river. Spacious rooms with nice kitchens, stylish furniture. Heated floors in the bathrooms.

No table to sit at to have breakfast or a meal. Had to eat breakfast sitting on the bed, Kitchen needs a small bistro table for 2. Only 3 hangers upon arrival. Waited a full day before i could hang up my clothes. Only Nettflix and had to call for help to get online. Sis not get Netflix for 24 hours. No option for TV and news. Key code pad to enter lobby gets sticky and takes multiple tries.

Had an issue with door codes as internal worked but external didn't. Rang the number and it was resolved very quickly. I would not have liked to arrive really late at night to have to deal with that but automated systems can be glitchy. Managed to get the TV working on Chromecast so watched Netflix. Not a big deal but sometimes nice to just put the news on without having to wrestle with tech.

Great room (we upgraded to room with sofa as did not want to just sit/lie on bed). Fabulous location. Great facilities. Very cosy. One of us was ill for couple of days so great to have somewhere nice to hang out and chill.

The shower is lacking pressure, questions/requests asked through the app remained unanswered, and the downstairs keyboard of the lock is finicky and worn, resulting in the need to punch in the code a few times every time to get in.

The suite is up a short flight of stairs at the end of a long hall - it could be a barrier for some. There was a periodic, repetitive mechanical noise outside the suite, but this quickly became routine background and did not interfere with sleep.

The location is terrific in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. King Street links to all sorts of transport options, so I was able to take the Metro to DC, the bus to my meetings in National Harbor, and the Amtrak train to Richmond. The apartment has a well-appointed kitchen and beautiful French doors overlooking an internal courtyard - very comfortable and efficient and lovely in its simplicity. There are grocery stores and many, many restaurants and take-out sources nearby.

.T.V. was mounted on the kitchen wall so you had to sit in the dining table chair to watch it. The tv didn't work luckily I had my tablet. Mattress was a little firm for my liking. WORST OF ALL is there is no overnight parking anywhere near where we were staying so we had to pay $10 to pay to park in a lot 3 blocks away. Parking was only good till 11:59am, so I had to walk BACK to get the car, move it to the street in front of the sonders which is free after 9pm, and if you can find available parking at that time. Then, had to move the car by 8am that morning or pay $3 for 2 hr limit parking. So I had to take it back to the same lot as the day before to leave it for the day and the repeat the process.

Location was great. Right on King Street. Close to a lot of shops, restaurants, the waterfront, etc. Room was small which was fine. Clean and nice.

There is no staff in the building to help out with questions which is not very helpful. To use the tv we had to log into cromecast from our own phone and it was hard to find any channel.

The room was very nice, comfortable beds and a well equiped kitchen. Perfect location in the middle of restaurants, shops and close to metro.

The room is small and has no bath. The shower has limited water jets, (4). The view is limited.

The location was great as was the value. The room was small, but we weren't going to Alexandria to hang out in a room. That said, a chair or two might be nice. Even a fold up chair would work.

Only issue we had was getting locked out of the building the morning after we got in. The online support staff was not great, but the gentleman who let us in was absolutely wonderful.

Loved the location and the kitchenette. Also the shower seat and heated floors!!!

lack of cable TV; lack of a desk and desk chair; floor warmer was hard to figure out -- I never did; your face recognition software is inadequate and substandard; getting access on a short-notice booking through a third party was quite a challenge and created quite a bit of stress

We didn't like that there was no chairs nowhere to sit down but on the bed or the toilet and no little table or desk would have been nice to have just a small little table with 2 chairs so we can eat without sitting on the bed I wish we'd been a little bit more prepared for the noise we didn't realize it would be so noisy the earplugs word ice though

The location was fantastic right in the center of all the hoopla which was great parking was a mess Little Garage Down on the Corner Alfred's was convenient for parking the car and we enjoyed being close to all the activities and and different events and different things to do

My only complaint - no thermostat to control the temperature. The A/C was set very cool, but being chilly is much better than being hot.

The place was spotless and had everything I needed. The finishes were beautiful. Great location.
