Awesome place! Would stay again. Only feedback is check-in could be a bit annoying, but I guess they have to do it that way. Not a deal breaker and for sure one of the best finds in the area.

I could tell the sprinklers had gone off previous to my stay as there was water marks on the walls and a slight musty odor. The bedroom was missing reading lamps and when I requested for one a staff member brought one to me. My only issue was NYC would be more quiet than Downtown Tempe with sirens constantly going on the street.

The apartment was very nicely decorated, felt very safe and comfortable.

Just very new experience to have no human contact at the property...all done with email instructions. Did have to ask for help from the Leasing manager who was not part of Sonder . He was helpful and said more signage was going to be added so it would be easier to find Sonder's key lockers.

No food provided but located over a Whole Foods Market, so lots of tasty option and very spendy~

Property could really use blackout blinds in the bedrooms, the privacy shades were dark enough to keep the rooms relatively cool in the heat of the day but the light came streaming through in the morning. Coffee station was missing certain fixings. Couch could have used some cushions.

Very spacious and well appointed apartments - nice amenities and secure building. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this for a long stay, no doubt I would have everything I’d need in a home.

Curtains don't block out sun, difficult entry with multiple codes, 2nd fob didn't work causing inconvenience and took awhile to replace, called day of checkin for 3 day stay, to inform 2nd guest arriving 3 hours before me I was told to forward entry instruction email to her so I did, when she had problems while I was on airplane she called your company and wasn't given help needed to gain entry requested by me, so stranded ourside with luggage for 3 hours. We paid well for this and expected better customer sevice.

Apartments on the inside (pool view vs street view) are fairly close, kind of feels like you're in a fish bowl, but they have blinds and was still a great stay

Easy access to healthy foods since you're above Whole Foods. Also near restaurants, night life, yoga etc. Great amenities at apartment complex including pool, hot tub, ping pong + other games and bbq.

Common corridors had a lot of stains. Cookware was rudimentary.

Properties listed with Booking have had their email systems hacked and Booking is trying to keep the hack under wraps (Google "Booking.com hack"). I got a phishing email for this reservation that looked EXACTLY like a Booking email and even had my real confirmation number in it. The email said I had to "repay" my reservation and sent a fake link for the payment. Fortunately I DID NOT fall for the scam, but when I reported it to Booking, they blamed Sonder and told me to change my password. I feel Booking is doing a terrible disservice to their customers by NOT sending everyone an email alerting them to this hack. They are ruining their reputation and potentially ruining many, many vacations.

The location in downtown Tempe is excellent and having a Whole Foods in the same building is extremely convenient. Our unit had a large kitchen with all the amenities, plus a washer and a dryer. The apartment was clean and stocked with toiletries and coffee/tea. I felt like this was a home away from home, and I would definitely stay here again.

Sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable, needs a better mattress. Pool area is only sunny from about 10-4, due to being enclosed by the building.

Location was amazing, especially having Whole Foods right downstairs!! Check-in/ Checkout is very convenient with a lock box with a personalized code to access your key fobs for your apartment. The shared public spaces are full of things to do.

Carpet in the apartment was very, very dirty and stained. The bathroom and bedroom could have used some extra lighting, as they were pretty dark. There was a mixup as to whether I returned the key fobs. I am glad I followed instructions on returning them and I even took a video of me placing them in the lockbox.

Location and Whole Foods being on the second floor of the building.. Loved the common areas and the gym was awesome.

Kitchen missing basic cooking equipment. Such as a frying pan. Only provided 2 days of coffee for a 4 night stay. Not overly clean. Carpet very dirty and bathtub had dirty foot prints

The location of the property is perfect, the amenities were great. The hot tub was super nice, and all the common areas were also great. We loved the balcony.

Lighting in the bedroom was very dim. Could have used some extra lamps. Bedside lamps were very dim. Also warning when entering ramp garage with a larger SUV takes a little practice as the curves or ramps are a bit narrow. You can do it but it’s tricky. Smaller car to rent would make it easier.

Spacious clean apartment, great location, big closet for clothes, nice bathroom, great decor, nice view. grocery store conveniently below the apt building. Kitchen had everything needed to cook, make coffee etc. Lots of pillows and bed very comfortable. loved having washer and dryer in the closet at no charge to use. Quiet location.
