Quiet private convenience to all the restaurants and shops

The rugs were a little scruffy and not sure how clean they were. A rug in the hallway would have been good. The floorboards were quite dirty.

We had all the practical kitchen facilities we needed, they were of good quality. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic district.

Other guests were noisy especially at night. The back entrance had gang signs all over the place.

Paid$40 extra to have room ready by 12 noon, but it wasnt till 1pm. also, several electric outlets didnt work, nor the coffe maker.

Location was perfect, right between the St Patty's parade and river. Walking distance to everything.

The elevators went out on Saturday. We had 3 people traveling with us that had issues with the stairs making it difficult for them to do all the activities we had planned. Lugging all of our luggage down 3 flights of stairs when we left on Monday was a feat.

The location was great. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The property was clean and the amenities were what we are used to. We all loved the rustic look of the rooms.

The smoke alarm kept going off in the building. When I complained about it on the app, I was told they would look into it. This is unacceptable. What if there was an actual fire? Would the alarm work?

The location was excellent. So close to everything. The room was also very clean, well stocked, and comfortable.

Floor could have used a good vacuum. Parking garage that was recommended was aways away. There was a problem that was ultimately resolved for getting the promised discount. Parking ticket number had not been connected to our stay at Sonder.

Lots of noise from units above and to the side. People to the side could be heard as if they were in the room with us. It was not loud guests. We could even hear their footsteps.

All of the floors creaked very loudly in rooms, halls, above!! Almost could hear conversations. Outside noise in alley and late into night carried in not only through old windows but seemingly through the ductwork. I was warned in information about the area construction but didn't expect some type of very loud power equipment running right in or very near the alley outside our windows until almost midnight! Along with very loud partying/music all other evenings! Did experience a 2 inch cockroach on the wall above the TV that I squished. We happened to encounter a manager in the entryway who listened and planned to attend immediately to the couple of concerns.

Great location in Historic Savannah. Good security features. Nice kitchen, spacious rooms, beds comfortable, all appliances worked well. Old industrial chic building. Staff that we encountered were helpful and very pleasant.

Very noisy. You could hear every step from upstairs. Also, the toilet lid was disgusting. Looked like sticky urine.

This didn't bother me but wanted to make a note for others. The building is old and as others have said, you can hear footsteps and lots of creaking as others walk past your door. The HVAC system can be a bit loud as well. The location and amenities outshined these issues for me so it wasn't a problem

Stayed at this property for a week while working from Savannah. My husband came for part of the week and I was by myself for the rest of the week so I wanted a location that was safe and easy to walk to restaurants. The location was perfect. It is right on Broughton so there is a lot of activity and a jazz club near by and you can somtimes hear the music. The bedroom was towards the inside of the building so I didn't hear any outside noise. The supply cabinet was super handy, and stocked with extra tea/coffee, soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper. The building manager Briana was very helpful and friendly when we had to have a couple lightbulbs changed. I downloaded the Sonder app and any time I posted a question, it was answered quickly. I would absolutely stay here again.

The walls are pretty thin, your able to hear people upstairs walk around or even cough.and the same goes for outside we were in the second floor and could hear conversations outside.

The room is very clean and pretty it's a very we'll furnished building. They have alot if appliances and little things you need.

Nobody to ask many questions that arise during the stay

There was nobody to solve any issues in the apartment, like TV, etc

Only drawback was that the forrs in the building creaked a lot in the hallways outside our unit so when folks came back late at night and passed our room the noise woke me up. But u really can’t do much about that. They do have a white noise machine bedside with pleasant sounds and I should have turned that on!

The mattress on the pullout sofa was unbearable. I realize pullout sofas are not usually the most comfortable bed and I have slept on several throughout the years, but this was by far the worst. You could feel every spring and it sunk down in the middle. In addition, there were sheets but no blanket for the sofa bed so we were chilly throughout the night. I messaged Sonder through the App but received no response.

Location was amazing if not a bit noisy, but still worth it!

You can definitely hear people walking every step above you or in the hallway because they are old wood floors, so if you’re bothered by noise like that, it’s not the place for you.

The location was perfect, the layout of the loft was great and for the price we paid, you really couldn’t beat it. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a bit noisy you could hear cars and things at the street level (not too bad) but we heard the most from the hallway anytime someone was in the hall it sounded like they were right in the room with you but that wasn’t too frequent.

Clean, updated space and can’t beat the location!
