Clean with everything you need for a short stay. Downtown is right across the river.

The parking was a bit of an issue. You had to have a pass hanging in your car to park in the garage and the pass was in the room, so you had to go up in the elevator (23 floors) to get it, then back down, find a space, and then take your luggage up. Same with when you checked out. It would be better if you could pick up / drop off the parking items at the front desk, which always had a person whenever we came or went. The only other thing that was less than perfect was that the only bathroom was though the bedroom, so those who were not sleeping in the bedroom had to walk through it to use it.

The views were amazing. Really upscale place. Great location, walk to everything. Right along the river pathways. Clean and modern.

It would have been good to have a kettle and more tea towels in the kitchen and also a bit more laundry and dishwasher detergent.

Location and views were great, building decor was excellent and apartment spacious. Pool area was lovely and the gym facilities were excellent. Was great to feel like part of the local living.

Didn’t like that we couldn’t smoke on the patio/balcony. I knew booking there was a smoke free place but for the room not the patio/balcony. . They need to update their website and make sure they put smoked free and the patio/balcony.

Anything was so clean and so nice. What a beautiful place and the view was a WOW. Loved that they had coffee in the lobby.

There is a beach volleyball court next to the compound which is quite loud - they sometimes play till late at night

Small maintenance items need to be taken care of: The dishwasher is not secured to the cabinetry and almost falls out of the opening, the holder for the cord to the window shade needs to be securely re-fastened to the wall, and the top of the washer needs to be reinstalled correctly.

The cleaning did let it down at first glance was clean. However the surfaces were a little smeared and corners and slates on cupboards so dusty . Under the bed dusty too.

Ice machine didn’t work well. We were there two nights and it made very little ice. The shower is in a dangerously high bathtub and the toilet is too low. There is no towel rack near the shower/tub.

Great security -code to enter the building, different code for elevator and different code for secure gated parking garage. Allowed one space with room fee. Spacious and comfortable studio apartment. Comes with a pool and equipment room. About a 1/2 mile walk to the capitol and Austin center. The apartment has a patio and it overlooks the pool and a local volleyball club court.

Building is immaculate. Location is perfect and stagf are super friendly. Rooms are spacious and everything was ideal for our trip. Would deifnetly stay here again.

A really nice place to stay, very roomy, very comfortable, free parking available on premises, nice bathrooms, good space in closets, laundry available in the apartment, detergent also available. Prompt responses on my questions on the app. Everything was excellent. I will come again!
