Location was perfect, staff were great, very easy to navigate and great local amenities.

It might have been disclosed upon booking but there was no cleaning included during the 6 nights we were there. The shower head was very dirty. The drain wasn’t draining properly.

It was a great location right next to the R line that takes you to Manhattan, and the neighborhood was safe too. The check in and check out process was smooth too. The room was also cozy and well-equipped.

The room is not being clean unless you ask it for 24 hs in advance and they charge you an extra 35 dollars. So the sheets are not being changed. You can just ask for the towels to be replaced.

The proximity to the subway station, nice neighborhood and easy check in and check out.

The air conditioner generates a significant amount of noise throughout the entire building. I couldn't sleep during the nights I spent at Sonder.

The location is central, the bed is large and comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Earplugs were provided, but they didn't effectively block out the noise and were uncomfortable to wear.

a few things: 1. Give better AC in the lobby for staff! They always had to sit under a fan, and the incense was too smelly - can't imagine having to work in such strong smell. 2. redesign the showers- for even a small women like myself the stall was tiny and the shower curtain clung to my body- water also went all over the floor. Make stalls bigger and a shut-able door. 3. ICE please- no ice is available unless you ask for it. I only asked for some my last night- took almost an hour to make, and the poor staffer had to deliver it in a trashcan because there are no containers. 4. finally, please invest in a basic news channel for those of us who don't want to install a chromecast app. I had no access to TV other than my laptop.

I was quite annoyed by all the email reminders of online check-in. I booked the room some 7 months in advance and got more than 50 reminders, even though I pointed out that I would only check in just prior to our trip. In general in was quiet on the 2nd floor however, there was a noisy cleaning session of the ground floor that took place between 1 and 3 o'clock in the morning (must have been waking up everyone on the ground floor, incl. my daughters). I missed a fridge in the room. The windows do not open, but the AC is ok.

Good location with nice coffee place and restaurant right opposite. Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

The front door entrance code did not work when we got home around midnight. Another guest also was unable to get in with his code. A security guard thankfully was able to help us in.

The location is great, right next to the subway. Nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Felt safe and enjoyed the room. Lots of storage including a large closet with drawers.

there was a big building work going on right next to the hotel but saying that it didn't me whilst in the hotel only arriving leaving and not a criticism of the hotel of course

Feels a bit quiet, given it’s an online check in hotel, but you get used to it. Construction next door starts promptly at 7am, so hard to sleep after that though we had to get up anyway. Bot the hotels fault of course but be warned.

There was no breakfast available. There was AC malfunction and during one of the days, for 24 hrs there was no AC despite a very warm weather outside. We asked for mobile fan and the staff let us have one. But it was loud. During 5 days of our stay there was not a single time anyone would clean the room, changed towels etc. Room was tiny. Some leak in the bathroom, we had to keep drying the floor all the time. I asked in reception for financial compensation but it was denied. The interiors seemed better days, they could at least refresh the reception area.

In general, staff in the reception was always smiling and seemed friendly.

We stayed for 8 nights and there was no (free) option for cleaning - this could only be booked for an additional fee, which we felt was unfairly expensive. You could ask for new sheets and towels but there was not always someone available at the desk. For short stays, it was great, but we'd ideally have liked some cleaning during our longer stay.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff who helped with a range of enquiries. The room was a comfortable size for a week's stay, and we liked that there was a cupboard and drawer under the bed for storage. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing - rain shower with great water pressure.

The only complaint is the amount of light that comes into the room at night through the doorframe gap to the hallway, it hits straight on the bed.the gap needs some sort of weathering strip to reduce that.

Easy access with the code system. Great location in Brooklyn with good coffee across the street and the many restaurants in Park Slope. Easy to get into Manhattan using the Union St. Subway. Good gym Gowanus Fitness that did day passes. Bed was very comfortable.
