Space is less than what appears in the photographs. We were staying for 14 days but cleaning service is not offered at all - there should at least once a week cleaning service.

Location is excellent. Unit is extremely compact and has all facilities required for stay.

Interior, the earplugs were given if I had trouble sleeping, i really loved to have easy access to get into building and the apartment, no worry of losing the keys.

The only negative experience during our stay was that the essentials cabinet had nothing in it but a few tea bags and earplugs. I had to message the company to ask for more towels and toilet paper. However, they delivered additional towels & toilet paper directly to our room by the time we returned home that day. I also had not realized there was apparently no air conditioning. When we arrived, it was cold, and we were using the heat, but by the time we left, if had turned warm, and a/c would have been helpful. Thankfully it wasn’t miserably hot and we were able to sleep.

It was very clean and contained everything we needed for our stay, including dishes, kitchen towels, extra trash bags, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, etc. The bed was comfortable and the property felt safe and secure.

I didn't face any challenges that are relevant to report. Small questions or challenges were dealt with immediately in a sensitive and correct manner.

My family and I (wife and 9-year-old daughter) spent more than ten days at the Sonder the Sloan Philadelphia for business and pleasure and had a very good experience. The location is simply unbeatable for an agenda that involves the University City area, the infrastructure is another outstanding experience with very modern furniture and facilities and an equally very prepared service team. I would definitely recommend Sonder the Sloan and will stay again in the future.

I could hear people moving around the hotel sometimes.

It’s nice and private. I also really appreciated the customer service. I had a long and complicated call with a service representative today and he was the most helpful person in the world. Really helped me out of a tough situation.

The queen sized bed is pushed against the wall in a little closet-like room. I preferred to sleep with the sliding door open, otherwise I felt claustrophobic. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The apartment was extremely close to UPenn, dining options, and a grocery store. The staff responded to questions immediately using the Sonder app chat. The kitchen is terrific and the large work table/dining room table was the best.

You can get extra towels and etc. downstairs but sometimes there weren't (m)any available; random service interruptions like the gym being closed or the trash cute not working - not really an issue for me but might be for people who don't like surprises; the washer-dryer combo takes FOREVER and didn't dry clothes well but I appreciated having it in the room nonetheless

Right around the corner from the subway and bus stops, making it exceptionally easy to get around the city; late-night places to eat within walking distance; the room itself was beautiful and had everything I needed (basic kitchen supplies, washer/dryer); no one bothered me during my week-long stay

I stayed in this place multiple times. Got disappointed once when I got Salt /pepper bottle/ dish washer half filled. Rest of time it always appeared fresh.

The apartment was well laid out and stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. The building itself was quiet and conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to Penn campus. The area was safe, full of restaurants and a large grocery store. Great stay!

Walls were thin. Can hear people walking about upstairs. The 20m walk from 40th Street to the apartment can be a bit quiet.

Fully equipped with microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Supermarket nearby, lots of restaurants. Street cam and nearby police station on the next street added to feeling of safety.

I did not have any problems, but in the first day, I was a little concerned of the neighborhood.

The apartment was equipped and clean. Everything was easy to get. Better than hotels. The gym was fine and the lockers (complimentary lockers) were perfect.

Loved the privacy, kitchen with all the dishes and utensils, cleaning sprays, towels, washing and drying machine. Bed linen was crisp and clean. Everything provided for a comfortable stay.

The TV didn't work. Despite three calls to the offsite mgmt, it still didn't work when our week ended. They asked for permission to enter our room in case we weren't there when they came to service the TV. We said absolutely! The next time we complained, we were told that someone had come to fix the TV, but no one was home.

Didn't like the 1 ply toilet paper, paper thin walls. We did have someone come by for the TV and they left our door open so that wasn't good.

Liked the comfort of having a kitchen and laundry. Location was okay. Parking was actually quite convenient.

The alley is a bit shady, but it is a safe neighbourhood with students everywhere.

Great apartment in the University City location. Well equipped and nicely renovated. Comfortable for two people. Has all the necessary amenities and bonus points for washer and dryer. Easy electronic check-in.
