There were no instructions on the tv. Had to call customer service to get instructions on how the tv works. Then I had to download google home to stream movies. I would recommend just using a smart TV. so much more channels to choose from. There was only 1 tv for a 3-bedroom place and a small couch. I wish they had TVs in the bedrooms.

Honestly finding Sonder on our holiday has been a revelation. This was our second stay in one of their locations and it's truly phenomenal, we thought we had a gem with them in New Orleans but this one was better still. The electronic door access is so much more convenient than a key if you are in a group. The apartment itself is massive and comfortable, kitchen area well stocked, clean. The location very useful and plenty of free on road parking, we were able to park in front of the building every time we came back to it. I literally can't think of a single criticism.

The location is close enough that you can Uber or drive down to the strip quickly, but you're also not in the mix of chaos. The apartment is extremely clean and nicer than expected. The pictures don't justify the beauty of the actual apartment. The bathrooms, the closets, the showers.... It has literally motivating me to upgrade my house.

Master bedroom ensuite was huge whilst other guests had to share very small bathroom.The space could have been utilised better with every bedroom having small ensuite.

Would have been nice to see some basics provided to remove the first day of settling in stres: Milk/Bread/Cheese/Fruit/Juice/snacks even if it's added to price or as an option... something to maybe ask guests stay before if that can help. Not a negative but something that could add to the overall service and experience. The Master bedroom needs some blinds as the lighting/sound from below/outside peaks through... no fault of host but the 5am morning train horn/bells can be fairly loud if you were not expecting to hear them.

Huge property with lots of living space. Very nice and clean and well maintained. The staff were really nice and helped with all our requests and questions. Stayed in a 5* hotel afterwards and actually preferred the apartment as it was value for money.

Unfortunately, it wasn't all that clean. There was a big stain on the couch, the floors were quiet dusty and sticky. While the distance to downtown Nashville was great, you should know that the immediate streets around the accommodation are rough and you shouldn't walk around.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Great sized beds. Had all the amnesties. Close to downtown. Parking was really easy infront of the building. Everything worked well with the access code.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Usually, pictures make living quarters appear larger than they are. However, the place we stayed was actually larger than we could have imagined. It was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The amenities were a plus. The rooftop space was amazing!!!! Wow!!!!

Code changed when we arrived, fortunately we had data or we wouldn'thave known, and the code for the upstairs terrace was different to the room code.

Location was OK, usually less than $10 in a cab to the town centre. Very spacey. All appliances, coffee filter machine ok as well.

The rooms were not cleaned well. We had to request a replacement of all linens as the linens were not clean. The rugs in the bed rooms were extremely dusty and we asked for them to be vacuumed

Ants coming out of the sink, only one TV in the living room with chromecast as the netwrok. No remote and couldn't connect my phone as a remote, spent a while with customer service and did not solve my problem. Bought a Roku at walmart and used it for the evenings with the kids.

One bed in the unit is too low and not for someone with problematic knees. The chairs are not very comfortable, esp the ones in the living room. And I don’t know why they said to park along the street when they do have basement parking that was always empty while we were there.

We were two families and so booked two units though we could have fit in just one as the units are big. I loved how everything looked clean and that there were multiple bathrooms plus a half bath. The unit I stayed in had a big and fully stocked kitchen so our families always converged there. I liked how there’s only one tv so the kids won’t have a reason to stay in the rooms and be antisocial haha. The one tv has no streaming/tv connection however and you need to bring your own (I hooked up my Amazon fire stick). I’m not sure there was anyone renting above us the 3 nights we were there as it was quiet, the day we were packing up however, we could hear a child’s LOUD patter of feet and counted ourselves lucky we were checking out already. Another wow factor are the private spaces on the rooftop but it was bitingly cold when we were there and could not make the most of them.
