To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent Location for my needs except that there was quite a bit of road noise and a constant whine of a machine that I could not quite pinpoint the location of. Other than that, it was quite acceptable.

CanadaThe internet connection is not stable, the front door has issues with closing/locking which concerned me as a guest if others are not careful when leaving the hotel.
Clean, love self-service and straightforward. Great products from Davines. Usually samples feel crappy and/or irrelevant but you really do need a good hand moisturizer in Denver’s dry climate. Also amazing location for food and close to downtown without feeling rowdy at night.

United States of America#1--The odor of cigarette smoke was evident as we entered @ 4pm. The check-in person was present but I do not recall any offer to remedy this situation. However, we were assured that Sonder would NOT blame us. Next morning, I called with 'complaints' - -the odor, the HVAC noises, a tech problem with the video monitor. I appreciated the prompt response of the service person who was congenial and very effective. Many kudos to her! #2-- I wouldn't call this spacious living area 'Warm' due in most part to it being an echo chamber. More furniture? Fabric wall hangings? Drapes? (PS-the throw rug in the bedroom presents a tripping hazard.)
I chose this place for its proximity to the family I was visiting. Location was the primary concern and this Sonder worked great for us. I could walk to their place. As non-urbanite 'boomer', I did feel safe and secure. We didn't really need the ample galley kitchen and spacious living area but it was better than feeling cramped. This space would be advantageous for those with longer stays. Indeed, it has the feel of a 'modern' urban apartment.

United States of AmericaIt was a great property, and I’ll stay here again no problem. But there are a few things to mention: (1) when you rent here thru booking, you’ll need to set up an account with Sonder and give then your email and ph#, set up a password and all that crap, (2) there is no accommodation parking, though I had no problem finding nearby street spots…there is a marked unloading zone in front, but some folks squeeze in there longer term, (3) there’s no elevator….stairs are your friend. While I cussed to myself a bit at having to set up an account, the other issues, to me, we’re not all that bad. Just good stuff to know, as everybody is different.
Clean, full featured(!), secure, modern…perfect! I’ll be back. Travelling cross country, the clothes washer/dryer were wonderful. And note that everything is provided… soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent (for hand and machine…and a new sponge no less), laundry detergent, paper towels….what I mean by full featured. All good.
