Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The front desk lady (pink hair) was extremely rude. Wouldn't help with any questions and made customers feel like they were bothering her. Both times I had to go to the front desk....1st to check in and 2nd to ask for extra coffee for room ....she said hotel had none. ....she was the same non friendly person. Her and no breakfast would be only reasons not to return

The attitudes of the front desk staff could have been a little more nice. The hot tub wasn’t getting hot like it’s suppose to.
The pool was perfect. The workout room was perfect. I loved how clean it was

Needs a refresh (peeling wall paper, carpet that is well past needing to be replaced and pillows from 2017 (I took the covers (3 of them) off of the pillow to check the brans and the feather pillow was old, stained and gross. I slept with my travel.

Shuttle was badly organised and hard to find any information about it when we landed off a long haul flight. Had to phone the hotel who didn't help at all before eventually asking people around us who told us we needed to take 2 shuttles to get there. Be aware of this if you are arriving at the international arrivals terminal !

The room layout/bathroom was a little awkward.
With a frequent shuttle, it was very convenient to get to and from the Atlanta airport. The staff, on the whole, was very friendly and helpful.

They automatically charge you from your deposit even if you dont have a car to park, unless you tell them you dont have a car, thats slightly unethical and seems kinda scammy, my opinion "(stop having folk pay for parking who stay there)"and as usaual this place as many other hotels the pool was not open, at the time. Also the one staff member I first encountered behind the front desk upon checkin me in at night, was kinda rushy and had a little attitude, but the other many made up for her short comings. They need better equipment for the gym, I love using hotel gyms away from home when I need too, a hotel this size should have a much better gym!
Hotel was more then standard it was kind of nice! Definetly a great deal being so close to the airport, they have a much bigger restaurant/bar then may hotels. you can tell this place is well kept up.

Phone in room didn’t work and the pool was closed.

Room had some kind of big black unit coming out of the window that wasn't even sealed all the way and it didnt work, so we had no heat or air!!! Had to wait to the next day to get another room so had to be hot and sleep that night!!

I was ordering a WAKE-UP Call by the lady at the reception, because I was rebooked on the first early-morning flight from AA at about 5.30am and arrived at the hotel later evening (my evening-flight was cancelled). I was lucky to wake up by MY SELF the morning after, because I didn,t get any wake-up call from the reception as ordered the evening before. NB: May be it,s because of the change to summer-time just that night - I don,t know the real reason for the mistake, but I did not know that the clock will change that night (plus one hour) !
Nice shuttle-service, which was ON TIME !

Hotel restaurant manager didn't want to seat me in a booth saying he liked to save booths for two or more people. There was only one other party in the restaurant at around 7 pm on a Sunday night. I pointed that out and told him I didn't plan to linger and he pointed to a booth and told me I could sit there. Front desk person when I arrived to check in was minimally gracious. Not rude, but very perfunctory.
Bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in many hotels. My room was very clean, plenty of lighting and outlets to charge devices. Comfortable chair to sit and read. My room was a deluxe king, so I'm not sure if other rooms offer these amenities. We'd definitely stay here again.

I don’t like the fact of paying $22 for parking at a hotel that I am staying at…that really drives up the total price of the hotel in which I thought that I was getting a good rate.
The room was spacious and the toiletries were ample. The restaurant was great and the staff were very welcoming.
