Rooms are a little dated. The couch was stained and very old. The pull out bed mattress was very old as well. The rooms are dark and could use some updated lighting.

The couches were old and dirty. The staff were not has helpful as we expected coming from out of town. The utensils in the kitchen were dirty with a sign saying they were washed. Presentation was not good.

I didn’t like when we went to check in and on the counter there was a sign stating that there is a $5 charge for parking when on booking.com there was no mentioning that we had to pay. The young lady waived the fee but I thought that was very disturbing to not advertise paid parking in their description when booking the room.

It was convenient to the places that we wanted to be around and it was a clean facility.

Room was nice

The check-in area is nicer than the hotel. There’s only one elevator in the whole building so if you need to take the elevator and your room is on the other side of the hotel, you have to walk all the way there which isnt a big deal, but just not convenient, the bathroom and room were pretty clean. They do provide utensils and everything for the little kitchenette. My AC didn’t work very well, but we made do. There is a five dollar parking fee and $100 deposit fee.

There wasn't much to complain about. If I had to commit, it would be when we got there that gave us the wrong room number. Someone was in the room they initially gave us. They quickly resolved it and gave us a room. Also, I don't really like being charged to park at the hotel overnight every day we are staying.

The rooms were very clean and there was a lot of room for our family. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel did not disclose they charged a parking fee up front, nor was it disclosed or listed in the total cost of fees at the time of booking. I only found out at check-in and after clicking their policy link (in the fine print). This shows a lack of integrity on the part of this hotel, especially in Alpharetta - no hotels in Alpharetta charge for self parking.

A bit outdated, ice machine not consistent. Towels and wash cloths were scarce. We were in a two bedroom, two bathroom suite with a pullout couch for five people and only got set up for one person in the bathrooms. Also no linens in the room for the sofa bed. Parking lot is kinda dark at night.

The front desk person made a big mistake in charging the room to the wrong credit card even though she told me no problem to change it when I checked in because she needed to see the ID with the credit card I was going to use. She did correct it, but it took a while. They charged us $10 a day per vehicle for parking which was not communicated to me or indicated in the total quaranteed price that book.com sent me. They said it was on a sign in the lobby when I called to have it removed, but they said they wouldn't remove the charge of $20 (we had 2 cars).

The room was spacious but the tubs were dated and stained. Otherwise it was clean. The breakfast was very good.

The premade powdered eggs and substitute spicy pretend meat doesn't agree with me. Most other options are carbs. Would love a deduction for breakfast so I can cook my own.

Just that the rust was on the refrigerator, but on the outside, the inside was very clean and no toaster oven in my room, and the tub stooper again minor issues also they should add more choices to the breakfast but overall it's a good breakfast

Oh my goodness, this hotel is in a great location. Also, great staff all around they was top teir the rooms were very clean, just some minor issues, but nothing to spoil the trip just the tub stopper didn't work for my son he don't take showers and the refrigerator on the out side had rust on it but like I said minor you want be disappointed if u stay here the rooms are like apartments the rate is so good and they gave us a complimentary upgrade 😀 will definitely stay here every time I am in the area
