Location was great. Plenty of restaurants within minutes. For the money, it's a great value. Room was clean and the living room TV was a ROKU TV. Breakfast was ok. We missed it on Saturday because even though the welcome email from the property says breakfast goes until 10am on the weekend, it doesn't. It only goes until 9am, so keep that in mind.

Slow draining shower. Bedside lamp missing its bulb. Biggest complaint: We located a ring on the floor. At checkout we informed the checkout desk to please give our contact information to anyone that called to inquire if it had been found. Front desk staff repeatedly demanded we leave it with her and when we repeatedly declined she told us we were stealing the ring. She got loud and we repeated that we’d appreciate just supplying our contact information to anyone inquiring about it. She indicated she’d be informing her supervisor or manager. Great stay at the facility with the exception of her lack of dealing with this type of issue.

Can't really think of anything. As a minor issue, all clocks displayed the wrong time.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. I didn't like pillows at first but they turned out to be very good. Basic kitchen utensils are available in the room. Very quiet air conditioner that kept my room warm and cozy when it was pretty cold outside. Good breakfast. Friendly people at the front desk.

Towels and sheets mostly smell of smoke. Staff willingness to help is a touch and go. One will go the extra step, but the next one will roll their eyes at your request. Staff training seems to be a sector Sonesta aimed to save money on apparently...

Affordable large suite with full kitchen and living room and balcony for a low price. Open design means you feel a lot less like you're cramped in a hotel.

The facility was clean, at a good location, cozy and had everything that I needed. Most definitely a home away from home.

When I initially booked I requested a balcony which we did get but I wasn't aware I would be sharing the space with the guests next door... so some kind of separation would be good.

It was nice ... I love how it was like a little apartment had a whole kitchen, perfect for our little family. The staff was very nice and it was a perfect location for shopping or restaurants. They also had a cute space outside with a little fireplace and grill with a couch and table for the guests. I was very pleased with my stay overall and would definitely book with them again.

The rooms (both rooms I encountered) had a musty old cigar smell lingering in them, the first room I checked into it was unbearable, so they moved me, the second room the smell was more tolerable but still there. I checked in in the evening and was too tired to keep moving rooms. But I did end up having to spray a lot of perfume and room spray, even the smell of cooking steak with garlic and onions didn't full mask it. The rooms were clean enough, but in desperate need of a DEEP clean. There were drops and crumbs still in the refrigerator from previous guests, drops and splashes on the sides of trash cans and counters that needed wiping. And the cooking utensils in the kitchen needed replacement as they had all been melted and had old food permanently dried to it that would not scrub off. The pool was clean, the surrounding area however had trash on the ground, old shotglasses and a tequila bottle top.

The hotel was very quiet, which was perfect for a 2 day mom break. Having a kitchen and full refrigerator was nice also.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Clean, comfortable, everyone I talked to was great! The balcony was a huge bonus. My husband is a flip, flip, flip with the tv remote. I was able to have a relaxing time on the balcony!

Comfortable room and full equipped kitchen. Good facilities (pool, basketball court). Friendly staff. Lot of shopping and dining options in the area. Major company offices nearby (HPE, AT&T, etc.).

There could have been more cleaning around the appliances, and we would have loved both a non pork meat option and pork during breakfast.

Laundry was coins, I wish it had been card instead. There is a parking fee of $6 per night.

The suites are very functional. Loved having a separate living space. Property has pool, grills, tennis courts, gym, snacks, laundry, full breakfast . Housekeeping were so nice, front desk accommodated everything I asked for. Hotel looks more like apartment community rather than hotel.
