If I had to say one thing I guess... It would be the elevator was not working at the time due to maintenance.

I had to have my room card reset twice. Breakfast was limited. No meat only options.

Check in is always easy. The location feels safe. Suite was spacious.

The property is supposedly a smoke free zone and when I walked into my room it smelled like old cigarettes, the curtains smelled of cigarettes and were stained, showers wasn’t the cleanest but thankfully I always bring cleaning products when away.

The bed was extremely comfortable and all facility amenities were easily accessible, other than having to sign out the key card for the workout room

More fresh fruit at breakfast would have been good. We were shocked by the complete lack of re-cycling at breakfast. Everything was plastic and thrown away - really dreadful.

My room was not adequately stocked. My dishes were still in the dishwasher. Skillet had stuck on food. I had no dish detergent and learned upon checkout I should have called. I informed the hotel I was being my small dog and had to ask for dog goodies. My room was next to elevator, nothing else needs to be said about not being able to sleep!

I enjoyed the suite and the dog park. The breakfast selection was good. The breakfast meals had eggs & cheese on everything. I am lactose intolerant and there was no other selections available. Would have preferred some bread and jelly selections.

The breakfast that was included we dis not liked , there was not enough and we had to wait for a new batch my husband got a breakfast sausage burrito that was cold. The kitchen people are not prepare for the breakfast time and the amount of people that came.

The property is very well located, close to Walmart, Sam’s club n other places to eat. It’s clean. The lady that was there when we arrived was WONDERFUL, she was very helpful and friendly. To my surprise we had free breakfast in the morning and it was really good too. l would recommend this place.

Blankets were old and not soft but they did the job.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tammy (?) at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and an upgrade that was very helpful for our family. We needed extra blankets which were delivered quickly and with a warm smile. We didn't need the kitchen facilities in general but it was very nice to have access to everything for next time or a longer stay.

I booked through booking.com. Upon check-in, unlike other hotels, the details of the security deposit wasn’t ever explained. Nor, was any paper work presented to explain the cost or etc. I was only informed by the desk clerk that my card had been charged for my stay. After reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed I was charged $366 versus the $266 that booking.com told me. Then on the morning of check out I received an alert that the hotel attempted to charge my card another $100. When I called the front desk, I was informed it probably was a security deposit charge and everything would even out around 5 days, but no one could explain why my card was ran for another $100. After I arrived back home, I received another alert that $90 was trying to be charged on my account. So, I called the hotel. I was told by Tami that she was trying to run my card to charge me for my dog. She claimed the deposit was $75 but with taxes it’s $90. Keep in mind, I’ve stayed at other hotels that welcomed pets and they didn’t charge a fee, but I understand all hotels are different. I went back to read pet policy. It did state a possible $75 pet deposit, but doesn’t state $75 plus taxes deposit. The whole pet thing was my error because I should have thoroughly read or ask upon check-in. I did tell Tami that my financial institution will not allow her establishment to charge my card again. Once, I see the extra $100 taken off my charge I will settle the pet fee. She agreed to this. And I asked for a receipt that I never got from them after checking out. Yet, again I woke up Monday morning to someone at the hotel attempting to charge my card $90. To sum it all up, this establishment has poor business ethics, and I will not patronize them again.

The hotel was quiet and in a secluded area. The staff was friendly.

I think all hotels are priced very high now.....I have been traveling for years for business and the prices now have gone up very much.

A quick overnight on cross country road trip. The hotel was a convenient off and on the interstate. Room was clean, bed and pillows comfy. Very large room with ample bathroom space. We did not use the kitchenette, but looked well appointed. Grab and go breakfast was better than most.....hot breakfast sandwiches wrapped to go, juice and the coffee was good. Will keep this on our radar for a future stay.

The grits were cold we had to take them to our room and warm them. Would have settled for just some pancakes or waffles. Would love to see some housekeeping at least a change of towels.

The staff was great especially the front desk people and I enjoyed the coffee.
