Tvs were pretty ancient and the picture was kind of unwatchable. The chair and couch in the living room were slightly dirty and worn.

Honestly, I was a little worried about going here because of the recent change in management and a few recent reviews, but overall, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and mostly clean. The furniture probably needs some replacing though, like the chair and couch in the living room. The tvs were pretty bad too. But this place has tons of potential and we enjoyed our 1 night stay. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen. We even had a little slider in the bedroom to a little stoop outside in our first floor room. I think if they update the tvs, that would give this a 9 star review. Update the living room furniture too, and it'd go up to a 10 star review. I think the hours for the office are not great, and they don't offer breakfast, but for the room size and the price, this was a great place to stay, and I recommend it.

Minor stuff: coffee in the lobby would have been nice (not a fan or keurig). Toilet tossed fixture not properly attached. Desk chair could be replaced - comfy, but didn't stretch back super securely - always felt like I was close to tipping over. Wasn't sure if I should empty my own trash. Took a bag out to one of the trash receptacles in a common area.

Suite, price, location; front desk staff addressed a noisy neighbor problem. Bed was comfortable, good pressure in the shower. Liked the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower. Wifi connection was stable and not an issue (I was there 3 nights).

We almost changed rooms because when we arrived, the one given to us was not very clean: stains on the curtains, spilled drink on the carpet, marks in the bath and glasses in the kitchen not all clean. The cleaning had been done but probably too quickly. I completed it to make our stay easier and more comfortable. The in-room kitchen is a great idea but it lacked pots and pans. There was only a huge cauldron and a mini saucepan but nothing in between. No sheets in the second fold-out bed. We had to ask for some at the reception desk but since the guy working there that night was very nice, he reacted quickly though.

Very practical and welcoming establishment for families and very well insulated against noise. The people in the room next to us had a dog and we never heard it during the five nights we stayed. The small kitchen allowed us to cook a few meals. The hotel breakfast included in the price was standard but there was plenty of choice and the staff were very pleasant. The bedding in the room was also comfortable. And the place is secure. We also enjoyed the fact that our car was parked close to the room.

Loved our room. Wish we could’ve used the fireplace. I thought it was electric but it wasn’t. There weren’t instructions on how to use it. The room was a great size as well as the kitchenette area. I was very pleased with our accommodations. I would definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area.

Our toilet would not flush properly, we called to the front desk to tell them and was told some one was coming to fix it no one came, had to wait til morning to go down to front desk and ask and then some one finally came to fix it

The size of the TV and channel offerings in the bedroom. I paid for the room and was restricted to a TV so small the entire picture didn't show up on the screen and we had only a few channels. Meanwhile whoever was in the common room got a large smart tv.

I liked that they offered bedroom suites. This was important traveling with my 13 year old and boyfriend. Free parking was also a benefit. The rooms were pretty nice especially for the price.

Can't say too much because I left early morning, but the only thing this place seems like a long term stay which might turn some people off. Other than that the place was very good.

The room was nice and clean. Separation from the bedroom to the livingroom was nice. Everything looked like in great shape. Had a full kitchen with everything to cook your own meals. Landry facility was good which cost $3 for washing and drying. I only stayed for 1 night, so I can review only so much.

- Felt so bad when trying to take some food out to the room, while others all packing big food box. There was even paper bag for take out - Would say i was discriminated a couple of times. - Room was extemely old and furnitures were worn - Specially carpet and sofa was not clean and smelled a lot for whole stay period. - No offer for changing the room due to high peak seasom - Not enough kitchenware and worn and not maintained well. - Laundry and dryer was 3 USD each which is okay but not maintained. Kinda dirty. No choice to use. - Young guys smoked weed in front of child at the swimming pool and a lot of pot smell around - only running, stepping machine and bumbbells - bathroom was not clean. Lots of hairs came out at the first day: I bought some cleaning stuffs to clean up

The breakfast hot food ran out quickly it was not busy at 7 am with few guests.

The room is spacious and has a kitchen. Our room has view of the outdoor swimming pool. The front desk staff are very friendly. We didn't expect it's so close to Boston. We stayed here for one night before arriving to Boston. We could have stayed here and commute to Boston everyday.
