The staff member the day I checked in. When I told her I was there to check in, she started laughing. I also did not like the hidden fees/extra charges. I was an extra night rate when my the checkout date was the same date.

Everything needs a good clean. The bedding was clean but all the surfaces just needed a wipe down. Stains on carpets couches etc.

This hotel was perfectly adequate the suite would be very useful for longer stays. Good location. Pool was good.

The property and rooms Definitely need some serious updating and maintenance. I know that extended stay hotels that accommodate families can be challenging and time consuming to clean but the lack of effort for cleanliness here is palpable. There are drips of who knows what all over the walls surrounding every single trash can in the room. It is incredibly obvious that there is little to no attention paid to cleaning the walls anywhere. First, we were checked into a room that was untouched by housekeeping, they kindly moved us to another room which appeared decent, but as we settled in we realized there were dirty dishes still in the sink and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The table was set with pre filled filters of coffee/tea and all the things you need to make coffee, yet no coffee maker to be found. We asked the front desk for a coffee maker and they provided us with a traditional coffee maker with no coffee pot. We very much enjoy staying at Sonesta Suites all over, but this place has got some serious stepping up to the plate to do in order to compete with the new Home 2 Suites in the area.

The rooms are a good size and setup for families, and it’s definitely a bonus having the full kitchen setup when traveling with children.

Breakfast was terrible. Eggs with cheese is not keeping up with the times. I like many people have a cheese alergy,which meant no breakfast for me. Not a great start for my day. When I mentioned it to the girl working the buffet,she stated well tomorrow were scheduled to have no cheese. How is that going to help me when I'm leaving that morning?? Not a smart thing to say to a guest! Also the pancake cooker didn't work. Her answer for that is-"Sometimes it doesn't work right". Seriously? I won't be staying here again!

This time there was no firewood in the fireplace. I didn't remember having to ask for it or buy our own when we stayed the last time.

We stayed at the Sonesta ES a few years back and liked the convenience, price, breakfast, kitchenette and fireplace.

The outside stairs leading up to the room were very dirty and falling apart. The room could have been cleaned much better. The kitchen was not stocked well, there weren’t any baking dishes to use for the oven. The breakfast was absolutely terrible.

The pool area was great and the beds were comfortable.

I had to buy lysol wipes to clean the room myself it needed it! Ants in the bathroom, cigarette butts all around the ground and never once saw room service for clean sheets and towels.

Nice kitchen and pool area, room was modern, functional kitchen, comfy king size bed. Nice to have lots of mirrors and a fireplace.

Room was a bit run down. There was some sort of ventilation fan that ran constantly and couldn’t be turned off.

Good location near restaurants. Not too far from skiing at Stowe. Plenty of room in the suite. No noise from adjacent rooms or highway.

There was ketchup or something on the wall by the trash can. The remotes didn't work to the down stairs TV all three TVs needed to share the upstairs remote. The person cooking breakfast the second day. Burnt and over cooked the food, and refused to start the pancake machine. The hot tub was missing alot of water so the jets shot the water out of the water. The shelves in our refrigerator door were broken so could be used. They just fell out.

Size of the room was perfect for what we needed. It was nice to have the kitchen with appliances. 2 bathrooms was perfect!

I did not appreciate the fact that I WAS NOT made aware of the "Damages Security Deposit" that would be charged to my account until AFTER I entered my card information and booked the room and ONLY when I received a confirmation email was then made aware of the charge after scrolling two thirds of the way down to the bottom of the screen where I was fortunate enough to have seen the fine print... Furthermore, when asked about the charge at the front desk and how long after checking out i should expect the deposit to be returned to my card, I was given only vague answers and somewhat of a runaround. So its now been a week since I checked out of my room and returned home and I still have not received ANY notice from my bank, booking.com or Sonesta Suites regarding the return of my deposit or the receipt that I asked for upon checkout and was told that I BOOKING.COM would be emailing me one. To this current day, I have currently been charged $224.00 for a room that I signed a receipt that said I was paying $112.00... so I'm curious how that works is all!? And please just let me make one thing clear, I didn't even sleep in the bed or use the kitchen sink or shower. I sat on the couch and watched TV for 9hours, ate the complimentary breakfast and checked out so there isn't any reason for my deposit to be withheld and I'm not a smoker either.

A few older aspects to the room itself.

The room was big and spacious. Having the 2 bathrooms was great. Worked very well for our family. We will be back.

Room smelled like smoke when we got there. Went to front desk to report it, couldn't switch rooms. They said they'd send house keeping who never showed up. Room smelled every time the heat turned on and vents were filthy.

It is a crossed the road from the vet facilities.

Let's be clear i usually do not give reviews when negative, I usually keep my thoughts to myself however, this hotel was not clean at all, we found a used condom and wrapper in our bed sheets which means the bed was just made and the sheets were not changed and yet the hotel still charged us for our stay!

It was noisy, deferred maintenance was obvious on the structures. At night I did not feel overly safe as a single female. I would not stay again.

Easy access off the highway. Close to shopping and restaurants in Williston. Close to Burlington. Room was comfortable although I’m not confident in the cleanliness.

The fact that they don’t come to the room to the room to do a light clean up, change the towels, check is anything is needed.

We like the little apartments, the pool is nothing fancy but helps with the kids, and the jacuzzi is great to watch them from there.

Had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. Then they charged our credit card excessive amounts of money twice.

Breakfast was good and the pool was decent. The size of the room was good.
