Rooms are very dated and need freshening up. Replace carpeting, new paint. Exterior needs updating as well.

Good location for us. Safe neighborhood and a lot of shopping nearby.

The vent system allowed smoke to come through from marijauna being smoked in suite next to us. But, the staff were very thoughtful and found us another suite to be in.

The bathroom is really small and cramped. Housekeeping comes and clean every 7 days. Unable to request service before then

The rooms were large, the little kitchen was a nice addendum and the bathroom was clean and large. We also were amazed by the breakfast, which was not only very opulent with many choices (hot and cold) but also comprised washable plates and not only throw-away tableware.

The "dinning" table was super wobbly. We were afraid to lean on it a certain way. The kitchen faucet handle was super loose as well hard to manage water temp. The bathroom sink area did not have a complimentary bar of soap to wash your hands, the pull out sofa (arm rests were dirty and black) the mattress on the pull out had a stain on the back of it and was super thin.. my son and husband felt the bars underneath it. The room was cool when we initially checked in, but then got warm throughout the night and the next day and a half. The room temp rose up to 78 degrees. It had rained every evening since check in..so we opened up the balcony door and window in the evenings to get the room cooler throughout the night. We called the lobby and they sent someone asap.The maintenance guy was very nice but said to go ahead and just ask for a room change since that was easier. We have a toddler and so for us ..a room change meant dragging everything along a second time..we manged due to the evening rains and cooler temps and open windows. Night traffic seemed to be loud until about 1am.

The room was very clean, kitchenette had everything needed to prepare a meal, the bed was super comfy, there was a dispenser in the bath area for shampoo, bodywash ect.., there was even a small balcony and we could open windows. The lady in the lobby was nice but very busy, we understoof a wait. We had a grab and bag breakfast because we stayed the weekend and it was actually decent ( jimmy dean bfast sandwiches). We had enough towels and the linens (for the bed and pull out)and mattress on the king was clean. No bugs anywhere. We enjoyed the space and decor of the room. The sofa cushions and the chair cushions had a plastic material Which we liked. Tv had enough channels to keep it interesting. The restroom was super white and clean as well. The location seemed safe.

The air conditioning didn't seem to work very well. Didn't complain because we weren't there during the day. Leaving the door open a bit for a while before bedtime worked fine.

Loved the large space for my family to relax. Having 3 beds and 2 baths was better than home where we only have 1 bath.

Our door did not fit tightly and you could see light coming in on 3 sides. It wasn’t a good feeling in that neighborhood. Bathroom was extremely tiny and you couldn’t open the door all the way without hitting the shower curtain rod.
