You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

I feel that the hallway rugs and appearance needs some updating. It felt a bit dirty, because it is old.
I loved the amenities in the room with the large frig and a stove for heating up my morning latte drink. I also loved the comfortable bed and how clean the room was.

The hallway carpet needed to be cleaned, and fresh paint on the wall in the hallway
It was affordable, the rooms were clean but the furniture a little wore down, it was very quiet. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Any issues they were prompt on fixing or resolving issues!

The hotel was in disrepair. I spoke to the manager and he said renovations were coming in the summer due to a "flag change". I presume this will resolve the issue and the hotel can be easily a 9 or 10 with good renovations.
The breakfast was the best part. Fresh fruit, bacon, waffles, eggs. Keep it up! The location is good for shopping or sightseeing, but there was some highway noise. Free parking is good but somewhat limited. Nice to have a full kitchen.

A) The hallway carpet is worn out, the reception area & the breakfast area looks clean & pleasant ,when you go upstairs hallway the carpet looks old & dirty.
The locations is close to every day essentials and the price is reasonable.

My shower would not switch over from the tub to the shower head. I ended up having to mess with it but I got it working.
It was very clean and the staff were extremely kind. The breakfast was perfect for it being free.

Carpets need a deep clean. Room and hallway smelled like smoke.

The rude manner in which an employee spoke to me. Which I addressed the the employee about this inappropriate manner in which he spoke to me. I will not tolerate this behavior when I only asked for a receipt for my stay at hotel which I have never had a problem at any other hotel. .
The room was very nice. The bed also very comfortable.

Property was just taken over by Staybridge, hopefully they will invest some money refurbishing the property. It's not terrible, but needs some money put into the public spaces, especially the carprts.

Breakfast was yet again, pork sausage only meat. These hotels need to understand that not everyone eats pork! The french toast was hard as a brick. Everything else was fine. It's was more of a vegan lunch if you don't want any meat.
Room was excellent and comfortable. The shower was wonderful. I really liked the layout of the room with the stove, frigerator and dishes that were available for a person to use and everything was very clean. Excellent.

The room had a funny, musty smell. I assumed it could be from transitioning from a/c to heat plus the moisture outside. But other than that, no other complaints.
Convenient location, the nicest I’ve stayed at in quite a while. I loved the suite, very cute, very quiet as well. Perfect for a mother daughter get away.

I feel that they could do a little better on the breakfast. I felt that it was all pre-made, except for the waffle station.
The room was very comfortable and spacious and clean. There was no cleaning service during my stay, but no a problem, as the room was well stocked with toiletries and towels. The breakfast was adequate, but I expected more for the cost
