Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I would have liked more choices for the oatmeal. Usually motels offer dried fruit and nuts to put in it. I didn't know you offered yogurt until the second day. There had not been any the first day we went.
We were glad there were eggs. My husband enjoyed the coffee. We enjoyed the fresh fruit and juice. We were glad we could get to breakfast without having to walk very far in the rain.

That they didn’t provide house keeping every 3 days as stated they would. I had to go to the front desk several times for supplies for the room. They then charged my credit card for the room when it was already paid from through booking.com. Took 2 times talking with them to reverse charges.

Was told upon check-in rooms get cleaned the third day of arrival but our room was not serviced. I guess the staff felt there was no need since will be checking out the next day which was our forth day of our stay.

The complimentary breakfast was dine in only with the staff watching you to make sure nothing goes back to the room with you. The pool was dirty and the bed could have been softer. Also each building should have a ice machine.
The suite was nice and clean with multiple flat screen tv's. Also they have a basketball court on the property.

To go breakfast.....things are opening up, they should start offering hot buffet breakfast now. Printer at the business center wasn't working...
Clean rooms, kitchen with utensils....excellent, responsive, helpful front desk staff. This was my 2nd stay here and would come back again.....:)

Pool was not working,,, but that’s ok. I enjoyed the stay.
Staff was excellent the entire week!!!! Anthony and Stephanie were outstanding and made my trip memorable! Suite was clean, beds were very comfortable for ES! Outside was always very clean and kept nice

The pool was closed Sunday due to a broken part. We also found loose dried pinto beans in one of the cabinets in the kitchenette.
The staff was friendly. The room was spacious & comfortable.

I didn’t really dislike anything just wished the pool was a little bigger or they had a section for little kids.
I like that even though you have a kitchen in the room, they still offer breakfast.

My review is just basically it's more like an apartment and then a hotel it's good unless you know you are on the third floor and you have a lot of stuff to bring up stairs they've got one elevator it's not really the location you have to do a lot of walking in that place so after you get them to the third floor with all your stuff you pretty much worn out but that's okay because after you get up there we've got good TV good air conditioning bathroom everything's comfortable the bed's comfortable it's all good.

In our building, near the elevator, wallpaper was peeling off the wall, but everywhere else we went was nice.
Our room was like an small apartment, so it was very nice for us and our pet.
