We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWhen the housekeeper walked in my room while I was sleep and I was terrified! The room smelt like mildew and wet carpet and there were dead roaches in the window and the bed was extremely hard. And the toilet didn’t work and they told me I had to buy a shower curtain cause it didn’t have one. It was an horrible experience

United States of AmericaI won't go into to much detail but what I didn't like was my first room was EXTREMELY DIRTY!!. Housekeeping didn't do their job at all!!!!! After, being transferred to a better room I didn't like that the suites don't come with and oven. That sucked lol.
I enjoyed how comforting and professional the staff was. I also came with my twins and they were so accommodating as far as helping me with them and they were so helpful with helping me with said situation. I came for my bday. I love the full kitchen.

I sleep with cpap and tried sleeping in my car but had a couple of thugs that kept pecking on windows trying to get me to open windows! Finally went back inside and didn’t sleep any!

United States of AmericaThe location behind a gas station not visibly appealing. Seemed like it was more along apartment complex. Nothing extra at hotel. Website showed a swimming pool . Once checked in the said the pool was closed 3 years ago, still on website. No complimentary soap or shampoo in room. The staff were very friendly but the whole stay just seemed off. Garbage was piled up out back right next to the rear entrance. Anytime you left a staff member had to let you back in due to the card machine was not working. NO Ice machine for guest…..staff has one and they did allow me to get some when I asked

United States of AmericaThe hallways weren't that clean. The elevator close to my room didn't smell too good. We had gnats inside the room I thought it was maybe two, but later on more came. The floor in the bathroom Yu could tell had been wet a few times. You have to be careful of turning the water on in the tub because the water shot out the side of it and went outside the tub. The light over the sink didn't work It would've been nice while trying to do my hair. Tv kinda sucked and didn't get that many channels.
Upon checking in I absolutely loved the guy who checked me in he's very respectful, helpful and we actually got a good laugh. The room was a nice size and I loved the kitchen. Overall I'd stay again especially since it's close to a lot of the food places.

United States of AmericaI could not contact the property for 3 weeks of trying. Via email through the app twice and phone calls directly to the hotel multiple times. I eventually tried the corporate main number twice and the Booking.com number twice. My daughter eventually was able to contact the corporate office while I was on the road. She did a 3-way call so I could get my concerns taken care of. The room was not clean, the walls were visibly dirty around the doors etc, and around the toilet was not clean. Around the floors in the kitchen. There were no towels for the kitchen. I used a bath towel. No dish detergent for hand washing the dishes or the counters. Floor boards and the shower and sink in the bathroom were dirty upstairs. The rooms need to be updated and painted, stained carpets throughout.
The 2 bedroom loft suite is great!!!] Perfect if you have children.
