Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe plastic cutlery at breakfast.
The breakfast was a great selection. the staff were so so lovely and helpful. The room was great and spacious and had everything we needed. I used the gym and the pool which both offered towels I liked that there didn't have cleaners every day and only once a week because it felt more like our hoke for the week without someone coming in every day. if you needed anything, you just asked at reception, and they gave it to you.

United KingdomCleaners don't attend daily and that can lead bathroom materials running out. Having said that, you can ask and they will provide immediately.
Value for money and facilities: Definitely family friendly and suitable for solo travellers. The hotel offers an incredible buffet breakfast, a great gym, basketball court, tennis and swimming pool area. Location: I felt very safe. It's an 8 minute walk to the convention centre and a 20-30 minute walk to the French Quarter/ Smoothie King Centre/ Superdome. Only time I used a cab was to visit the Jazz Fest which was on the other side of town. Staff: warm and approachable. They take good care of their guests and even offer cake, popcorn, information pamphlemts and flavoured water. Guests: they keep to themselves and posed no trouble. Room: I liked that the room had multiple TVs and a kitchen with a large fridge and freezer. The cleaners don't fix the room daily but you can ask for it if you need it.

United States of AmericaThe room was so very well designed and maintained, in so many small ways that add up. The bed was both firm and cushioned. The shower had a little shelf about 12 inches off the ground, for ladies to rest their feet on while shaving their legs. The kitchenette was well equipped. We enjoyed our room which faced the interior courtyard/pool area, which had many large shady trees. We were there for leisure but the desk area is well set up for work. The breakfast was solid, a bit above average. The location was convenient for our purposes. The room was spacious and quiet, and appeared fairly recently updated. The staff was gracious and welcoming and helpful. All in all, it exceeded our expectations, and the price/quality ratio was amazing.

Had forgotten breakfast was included in the room, which was a nice surprise. And the breakfast was fresh and pretty good. We had also been upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom apartment which was great

United KingdomTerrible breakfast. Appalling that everything is served with disposable plates, cutlery etc....absolutely no need to create all this waste. Limited vegetarian hot options. We used the laundry facility - washer worked fine but used the drier for over an hour and still had to hang the clothes to dry in our room for 2 days....

SpainThe extra bed. We booked a room for 2 people and there were a double bed and also a couch with a bed inside which was super uncomfortable. I ended up with back pain after 2 days sleeping there. It is ashamed that the hotel offers a book for 3 people with this extra unacceptable couch to sleep. It was old and very dirty.
Check in 24/7 and stuff was nice. The hotel was in a good location to walk to different places in New Orleans

United States of AmericaI didn't like the distance of the walk when walking
The breakfast was good. They offered a variety of foods such as eggs, bagels, toast, fruit cereal, turkey meats as well as pork mèats. Juices, teas and coffee. The walk was probably a good 23 minutes to the french quarter. By Uber about 5mins costing about $9 to $13 bucks depending on the time of day and amount of people.
