A lot of wasteful packaging associated with breakfast items and use of disposable plates and cutlery. More healthy items could have been offered for breakfast (although we still enjoyed what we ate).

Comfortable spacious apartment. Functional kitchen with enough equipment to self cater. Comfortable beds. Grocery stores and public transport within reasonable walking distances. Pleasant helpful staff.

Ice machine in freezer wasn’t working. Also, neither bathroom had any conditioner. The bodywash & shampoo were nice though.

Entire family loved it! Said this was the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The suite was excellent, exceed our expectations. It was spacious and very clean!

Requested pack ‘n play, request was approved, and it wasn’t set up when I arrived. I had to carry and set up myself.

Rooms were clean had everything I needed. Each room had a bathroom and full kitchen, great for travel with kids.

The $250 hold fee, of course. Even though the room was 165 and it was just a hold put on my card. for the night It added up to $415. Costly!!! The furniture was worn and peeling on the sofa cushions. The door wouldn't close all the way unless you slammed it. Too much furniture. Once the sofa bed was let out. It was difficult to navigate thru the space Breakfast times 2 hour time frame. I had to drive to the main building to get breakfast

First I have to say we love staying with Sonesta, but this time the garbage disposal didn’t work and the sink did not have a stopper in order to keep water in the sink or keep food out of the garbage disposal. We spoke with the front desk. They spoke to maintenance who checked out kitchen outlets but we never got a stopper. The bed in our room (2213) was so very uncomfortable with little support, rolling us to the middle. Nether my husband or I have back problems, but our backs still hurt 4 days after checking out. I may need to postpone my scheduled shoulder surgery until the pain is gone.

Operates with military precision. When they say check in is at 4, that doesn't mean that, if there's a ready room, you can check in. 4pm. Hmmmm. Breakfast room is open till 9 on weekdays. At 9, the door is pulled closed. Hmmmm. I have stayed all over the world in numerous places at every price point and I have never seen anything like this. I realize that one deals with all sorts of different people. The initial impression was not so hot.

These small apartment suites have are spacious and give the ability to do some cooking in the full kitchen. Decent breakfast.

How hot it was the 1st night.

Our 1st night the air didn't work so it was very hot. They did provide us with fans and 2nd day the maintenance came and fixed ac.

The noise from the apartment above us was unbearable at times in the morning.

Our room/apartment was clean and well equipped. The continental breakfast was amazing, the kids love it.

Furniture in room was worn with rips. The first night the air conditioning was out so it was a bit uncomfortable sleeping.

We appreciated the hot breakfast. It had many options. My only complaints were that there was no water offered (like at all in the whole room). And, the corn beef hash was served without cooking it (as in mushy right from the can instead of cooked until crispy).

The suite style rooms were pretty great. And each one had it's own bathroom which was super helpful.

The only complaint I had was the softness of the bed. It was too soft for me so I woke up with some aches and pains.

Property was clean and easily accessible. Staff was helpful. Room was amazing. Like a home away from home.

The breakfast was pretty simple but met all the needs of a hot breakfast. Tortillas were great! Maybe one of the days could've had bacon but other than that it was good. Water wasn't available. Pancake machine was awesome!
