We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It was several guest without tv service and comcast didn't come until our last day. I spoke with someone last night and she credited us back $100

I noticed they continued to check guest in without even mentioning it. They didn’t try to accommodate us in ANY WAY. I also noticed 2 of 4 lamps only worked none of the charger ports worked either. I will not patronize them ever again since they didn’t try to offer anything for their inconvenience

I heard conversation from another room or out in the hallway past 9 pm. Looked everywhere for a Bible. None found. We are Gideon's supporters.
