Ther was construction in the pool area. First room offered had an overflowing toilet. They quickly gave us a different room.

Location was great. It was convenient to the hospital and major roads. The common areas were very attractive.

Outdated. The comfort of the bed made the stay worth it even though Inspected the bed upon arrival and found strands of hair in the covers.

When we booked the room it said fridge in the room, restaurant and bar. When we got our confirmation, they said the restaurant and bar were closed. Not happy!! And there was no fridge in the room. When I called the desk about it, they said there was nothing they could do about it.

I don't like that they don't have the lounge open or for the price we pay there isn't even a continental breakfast. We have to leave the hotel to go have a drink after traveling to get to the hotel and if we want to eat our choice is to choose from a faded copy of restaurants that either deliver or you can drive to. After driving to get to the hotel it would be nice to just be able to relax and enjoy the pool and lounge but in all the four times, we have stayed it has never been open.

The location is great because it is close to Froedtert and that is the main resaon for our stay.

Wish the pool area had towels. The queen suite on Booking is not correct. It’s a queen room with 2 beds. But the images on the app gave the idea it was like the king suite. With a couch.

Some mold in the tub area and needs stronger coffee.

The breakfast was pretty good with good variety, shower was excellent, the bed was comfortable. The room was very quiet even with small dogs down the hallway.

Wish we had a microwave or fridge. Re-wrapping the TV remote in plastic every time the room is cleaned is very wasteful. Our shower was clean but had a couple moldy spots, could definitely benefit from adding a fan in the bathroom. Towels were stiff as a board and scratchy. Desk chair was visibly dirty and stained, didn’t want to sit on it. Parking lot was dirty, but at least the landscapers were cleaning it up as we were leaving. Breakfast only lasts until 8:30 am.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom counter was spacious and well lit. Provided soaps, lotions, and a hairdryer. Hot water in shower and sink, good water pressure. AC worked great. Blackout curtains in room. Lots of options to watch on TV. Got to check in about a half hour early, front desk lady was very friendly and professional. Lobby was very clean, quiet, and smelled nice. Hallways were quiet too. Plenty of close parking. Entrance locked and monitored during late hours.

There was no hot water when we took a shower, and of course when we called maintenance the hot water was working again. I could just tell it was an old building and there was just one hot water heater for the entire building, so that was perturbing. Also there was no body wash or shampoo in the shower, the containers were there but they were empty, the conditioner was full though, so that just means whoever was cleaning the rooms didn't stock things properly. We also found a balloon from the last guests underneath of the bed so that means that they weren't doing a very thorough job cleaning. There was no Continental breakfast! I was very unpleasantly surprised when I heard that. The gym was adequate.

Staff was very friendly, they did a fantastic job taking care of our needs.

While to lobby looked nice there is a thick layer of dust on the top of the lights over the front desk. We had a dog with us and maybe that is why we got a room that had damage to the wood furniture. There was very little water pressure, however, we were on the 8th floor which might account for that. It would be great if the pillows were not so huge. Not really good for my neck but others may like them. Bed was a bit lumpy.

It is a very nice hotel. The lobby is beautiful. The staff was absolutely wonderful though. We had a dog with us and maybe that is why we got the room that we did, which had some damage to some of the furniture. The location was great.

The jacuzzi and one of the elevators didn't work.

Breakfast was fine very accommodating. This is my 2nd stay there the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, the shower works. The staff is great very professional.

My brothers room, coffee maker was dirty,614. My room missing refrigerator, was not happy, 214. Standing in line to check in I over heard the times for breakfast and the pool hours, but when we were checking in this was not mentioned to us, if I wouldn't have over heard this it would not have been told to us. There was no breakfast Saturday and no explanation, when my husband ask.

The gentleman at the desk did explain the chef hard an emergency. Sunday, would have been better if we new there was going to be breakfast.

Wish the bar would’ve stayed open longer and the water takes way to long to go down the tub while showering and the sink when brushing teeth. One room had a mini fridge the other didn’t??? Both rooms I purchased were literally the same thing. 2 queen beds in both rooms.

The ac didn’t work and housekeeping does t come unless asked. No one told us. The restaurants are barely open and breakfast is cut short or absent.
