We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The tv in the room didn't work. The morning of my second night I discovered there was black mold in the room. The shower floods the whole bathroom floor which is probably where the mold comes from. I asked to front desk all 3 days for extra towels and rags. They told me none were available.
Breakfast was included. The staff was pleasant.

The pull out sofa didn’t have bedding. I went down to the front to ask for a bed comforter and was told none was available. The phone in the room didn’t work. The clock in the room was broken. The elevators had graffiti writing all over which was really an eye sore. Only one elevator was working so it took forever to get on. I took the stairs instead. The stairwell has food all over the floor and was very unkempt. The mattress on the bed was stained down to the Sides. I didn’t know until the next morning when the sheet corners became untucked. If I had seen that the night before I would’ve left the hotel.
The beds were comfortable. The hotel was easy to find. Parking was convenient and free. The check in process was easy.

The smell on the floor of my room and my actual room. The hallway smelled of weed. My room smelled like cat pee. The floor had stains and the base of the bed. The ice bucket had dust on it and my TV did not work. When it did work for a couple of hours it was basic TV. I asked for towels and did not get them until the next day. We were so busy and tired it was hard to get in touch with front desk to correct any of these things without physically going downstairs to talk to front desk directly. The free breakfast was put up 30 minutes before time.
The quick check in and check out process. The water pressure is nice.

There were stains on the floor and the couch. The shower didn't look clean, wore shower shoes. No comforter on the bed?

Needed a little TLC. Some of the plugs were so loose I couldn’t plug my things in. The water faucet was very loose. Just some minor things.
Convenient and large room. The nighttime staff was very nice!

They have ajoining rooms which you can't see from the pictures, and the doorknob was being held on by electrical tape.

Customer care was too poor. They couldn't provide me bathing soap and the room was unclean.....dust all over the places......floor dirty with heavy stains. I had to take Uber into the city to buy bathing soap. I spent about $112 to travel with the Uber in search of 24 hours store to get bathing soap.
I only liked the fact it was close to my family members home.

No comforter and some signs of wear and tear (chipping of paint, stains on couch) and only one elevator working with carvings in the elevator.
Location was near everything (mall and shopping centers) walking distance from a couple of restaurants. The room had space enough for two and I liked that the sink was outside of the shower and toilet.

Had to change my room after the first night- sticky stuff on bedside table, sink faucet too short, no iron (it did have an ironing board), no light blocking drapes, etc. Only one ice machine in the entire hotel. Kitchenette, but no microwave. Microwave located on the lobby.
Convenient location and nice size room. Breakfast was good.

When me and my partner the batteries on our door died and we were locked out of our room for half an hour and we had to wait in the hall for the tech to come replace them.
I liked that the room was big and spacious and the shower was cool and got nice and hot.

The room could have been cleaner, the carpet needed vacuuming and the bathroom tile needing to be swept/mopped and the shower wall needed better cleaning. The doors slam very loud and shake the walls and disrupt peace not to mention sleep. The cleaning staff did not make aims to shut doors more quietly. The ice machines were not working.
Customer service was great, especially from the gentleman named Alva. Great service with a great attitude!

Everything had to be bought including water, breakfast could have been better. Lot of weed smell in corridors, thankfully rooms were clean. Loud partying disturbs guests.
