House keeping is not an automatic service. You must request towels or service to have your room cleaned and.or bed linens to be changed. Having information on activities, transportation(for those visitors that are not driving) food options in the area would be a good addition for visitors. We ended up staying during the week when the pool was not available and the washing machine was out of service.

It is a family friendly environment, neat and clean; friendly and professional staff. It is a quiet and relaxing place to spend vacation time.

The coffee station was never open in the lobby, the pool was closed, we didn’t have enough towels for the amount of people we booked. The coffee machine in the room was broken. The entrance to the hotel was blocked off by 9pm with a shuttle bus every night of my stay so it was very dangerous for me to get out of my taxi to actually reach the hotel.

The pool area was closed in the middle of summer with the heat. The outside patio, too, was not set up for guests, with several missing cushions. The whole point of being on vacation was to enjoy some poolside relaxation. - I didn't like the fact that I had to repeatedly request to have my room cleaned (3 times) before it was finally done on the 4th day. Cleaning daily should be default except if asked not to do so by specific guests. I also had 2 different cleaners coming to knock at my door and upon learning I wasn't checking out, refusing to clean the room and referring me back to front desk. This needs to be improved.

Matthew at the front desk was exceptional!! He was very helpful and empathetic when my card was declined several times. I had to use alternate payment methods and split the bill, which was quite embarrassing. He went above and beyond to reassure me and handled it like a pro. Thanks, Matt!! Also, thank you to Satoya, who was very professional and cleaned my room so well. On the whole, I enjoyed my stay and had a great time!

I really liked the location who was midtown city need to the whole food market and colony square The hotel was clean and nice(Tv has inside local cables and a Netflix app). At check in they ask you about cleaning request for your stay and even tho I have asked them many times to clean my room the ignored me(one time even said that maitines crew have got home) and just fixed my sheets

Loved they had a washer and dryer especially since we needed to wash uniforms, but the washer did not work. We just washed uniforms in the sink and used the dryer, not a deal breaker at all.

We were in town for a basketball tournament that was at the GWCC. This was such a great location! Easy to get in and out of. Before you come, do your reviews. A lot of people complained about no free breakfast, but we knew that while booking. Parking is also $22/ night. However, that beats the $40-$50 at other downtown locations. Shay at the front desk was amazing!!! She was always helpful and had the best customer service. Rooms were great and had no issues at all. Workout facility was a plus.

Didn’t like the fact the pool was closed for some reason and they failed to mention it when we booked our stay that was a turn off for us because we was looking forward to spending some time in the pool that also one reason we wanted to book this stay because they had a pool if we knew before I would have went somewhere else

I’m not sure if the pool is open regularly nor did the staff know much. The rooms could use some usb plugs which are now common. The containers in the shower could use a refill.

I booked it for my son who is 18. I couldn’t get a hotel for him. Sonesta let my son stay with an extra refundable deposit. They refunded the deposit at checkout.

It was a holiday weekend and they were not prepared. They were out of towels and wash clothes for 2 days and we had to purchase towels and wash clothes. There was no special accommodations made for our inconvenience.

the only thing I didn’t like was the smell of weed on my floor for the entire 9 nights I was there. I was also a little disappointed that the guest washer/dryer was out of service.
