The convenience

We stayed for a week and despite this they do not send housekeeping at all unless asked. Even then it took three attempts and we only managed to get them to clean the room on the last day we were there.

The room was very spacious, with a nice bed and a TV with Netflix and Youtube access in the bedroom area and sofa, armchair and another TV in the lounge area. Everything was clean and the kitchen had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker which we made good use of.

I would’ve really loved a complimentary breakfast. I feel like $215 for one night should at least get you a free bagel and some oj in the morning.

The room was very clean. The bed was super comfy. I loved the unique “couch” and ottoman that was also very comfortable. I really loved the shower!! It had a real nice shower head and glass sliding doors instead of the typical crappy shower head and gross plastic shower curtain that sticks to you that most hotels have. It was more modern and upgraded nicely compared to a lot of other hotels.

Two hand towels, two small bath towels, and one washcloth for TWO people is ridiculous for the price of the room. This is the second time that this has happened here.

I come to Milford frequently and stay either here or at Doubletree. The room was very clean and bright. The thermostat was very easy to understand and operate.

We had a great time as always, we had put in a request for extended check out. We have never had any issues before, since we Uber to and from the hotel they are very good about this for us, we stay 2x a month sometimes 3x 10 stays in 2 months. But now my husband refuses to go back, the overnight manager was still on duty when it hit noon and he repeatedly called the room inquiring about when we were going to be done packing up and checking out. I personally made the reservation request so I went to desk personally to discuss matter, while I was out of the room housekeeping walked right in while my husband was using bathroom. He thought it was me since it was less than 30 seconds after after I existed the room. I had no luggage with me at the time I was simply going to front desk. Needless to say, we were told if not checked out by 1230 we'd be charged late fees and forfeit our security deposit. Our ride was scheduled for 130 so we sat outside on sidewalk waiting for a hour. Have not been back since

Would like the bathroom vanity to be brighter. Outdoor side entrance trash was messy. That area needed to be better kept.

No free breakfast. Hotel chains like Super 8 (which cost less!) offer free, do-it-yourself, robust breakfasts.

The kid checking us in made it seem like we were bothering him. Never looked at us. Front desk is the most important 1st impression. He wasn't necessarily rude just not someone who made us feel welcome. We had 4 people in our room but only enough towels for 2.
