Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

The hot tub wasn’t very hot and it was dirty (the top of the water and the floor) and only a few of the jets worked. The bedroom was a little small, but it wasn’t a huge deal because it was just me & my boyfriend and we didn’t bring a lot of stuff. The shower stuff wasn’t the best quality, but most hotels probably don’t have the best quality shower stuff, so it’s okay
It was a very aesthetically pleasing hotel, especially the lobby, the patio, the pool, and the windows by the hot tub. I liked the little store & snack area when you first walk in, and the lady at the front desk was very nice. It was also in a nice area near nice restaurants

I wish the sink had a door. The baby was sleeping in the common area and we couldn't turn on the light to wash our hands or brush our teeth.

Room wasn’t serviced during our 5 night stay. We had to ask for more coffee and to get rid of the rubbish in our Room. Maybe it was due to COVID but no one told us about this when we checked in
Perfect location for visiting family 3 miles away. Comfortable and spacious room. Bought breakfast each day, though a limited menu it was adequate for us

Saturday when i went to check out of one reservation and into my next one the girl at desk did something really wrong with my card. Next thing I know fraud department was calling me. Couldn't use my card all weekend. Or even access my funds. This morning I call my bank & there is a hold on card. Said its been compromised and they have to issue a new card. What a huge inconvenience. But we still enjoyed are weekend & stay at hotel. Just wish she didnt make such big mistake. Tried telling her gentlemen from Friday night did everything but she didn't listen and I'm waiting on a new card!!
We Loved that we could use the pool and whirlpool. Also the room was so comfy & clean.

The front desk staff was very friendly checking in and out. The room was great, clean, spacious, comfortable. I was concerned when I booked at how close to the highway it was, but it was quieter than most accommodations near or far from a highway.

Wonderful staff at the hotel. I stayed here during the week for about a month. Great location and much more affordable to stay than anywhere near Tufts for work. Breakfast options are great and lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. Also lots of nice trails nearby and they have pet friendly rooms. I was traveling with my service dog and felt right at home here

I don’t like that still on my second visit this year, the hot tub’s jets aren’t working and that we have to pay for breakfast.
I been there before during the summer. I love the comfortable beds, sofas and pool.

We asked for rooms with a balcony and booked in advanced and only got one room with a balcony. The only other issue was the pillow are very uncomfortable

I wasn't happy when I opened the mini refrigerator to find it smelling moldy and rotten smell. The whole bottom of cabinet was rotted. It was gross. I could only store my water in there due to these conditions. Had to throw my salad & yogurts away.
I always stay here when I go to MA lately to visit my granddaughters. The bed is very comfortable.
