It was a nice hotel in a good location because there is a lot of restaurants down the street & there are balconies in the rooms plus the staff always asked us on our way out or in if we needed anything which was awesome.. no downsides really

Nothing but it is not a convenient location.

Very practical and confortable. It's not a gorugeous hotel but everythig is properly maintained clean and nice. I stayid for the total eclipse observation. Due to such very specific and special reason of staying, it is not appropriate for me to evaluate overall. However, it was a very confortable hotel.

In the couple months since I was last here they eliminated the lobby coffee. The inroom coffee is terrible, so was looking forward to coffee downstairs. They only had coffee for pay. May not stay here again.

The lobby hotel was great. The lobby was very cosy, the gym was ok, the pool had a few leaves in it but it had been very windy the night before. Watched the eclipse from the pool area, it was a great day

The breakfast range is not very big, so we decided to eat somewhere else. The reception staff was not unfriendly, but seemed a bit absent and not very welcoming.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable! It is quite noisy, but since the hotel is located next to a highway, this is something expectable.

I think the house keeping could do better. It’s upon request and even than They failed to refill my towels and provide new empty cups. (Small but needed)

The location, slightly off the beaten path (a fair number of homeless people living under the Central Expressway overpass, across the street from the hotel). That said, the hotel isn't responsible...it's life in America these days. I didn't feel particularly unsafe, but some visitors might.

Everyone who worked at the front desk of the hotel was excellent...very accommodating and friendly. Across the street was a good strip shopping center with a 24-hour CVS, a Tom Thumb grocery store, and an excellent Turkish restaurant (Ephesus) where we ate two nights. (Order the lamb shish kebab!)

The layout was strange, with the TV on the side of the bed. Although the booking said breakfast was included, there was no on-site breakfast.

stains over the walls in the bathroom were a little disconcerting. The breakfast bar was awful and very expensive. Be aware that even though my booking said they take cash, I was pointed to a note on site that said no cash, no contactless payments...That's another story though. !

Location is good, we caught uber where ever we went and is not far from anything. quick walk (2min) and there is a set of shops with several eating options etc.

I think the person next to me had a dog that sometimes barked. There was also a buzzing noise coming from somewhere. It was probably the AC unit or something, but it required me to put on some white noise to sleep. The smoke detector is also above the bed, so I had to use an eye mask to block out that light.

The whole bedding situation was VERY comfortable! I also really liked the lounge chair better than a single chair like most hotels have. The location was very convenient to downtown and I found a really great coffee shop at the next exit.
