We were in a king suite-didn’t use suite part-but noticed the couch cushions didn’t even match. The AC in the bedroom didn’t work well. Our stay was still very comfortable.

Noisy neighbors sometimes, both next door and across the hall. Door lock didn’t work too well - hard to turn it far enough to fully lock.

Front desk staff was exceptional!!! My room had a cigarette smell, sometimes worse than others. Comfortable bed but pillows were all very flat. Loved the back patio off my room. Very comfortable stay!!! Would stay again for sure.

There was no mention when booking about placing a $100 damage deposit hold on my credit card. I have not had that experience at other hotels. Fortunately, I had the amount returned after check-out. Would not consider staying at a Sonesta property again if this is standard policy.

First time staying at a Sonesta hotel. Overall, pleased. Good location and value. Room was pleasant, but nothing to outstanding to mention.

I only stayed for a single night and already paid the money online before I checked in. However the hotel charged me another price of hotel room on the day I checked out.

Lobby and room overall are family friendly. They look comfortable.

It is a shame that there is no restaurant within the hotel

I want to thank Gaby, Gilliam and Lisa for the excellent customer service all through my stay They were very patient with me and so welcoming and resolved any issue I had. Gaby was sooo gentle and kind knowing that I didn't realise that the full money will be secured at check in.

The AC was leaking into the carpet. Linen only changed on the 3rd day of your stay. Must request fresh towels in the meantime. Oh, and leave trash in the hallway to be emptied. Really? After I paid my money I expect better servicing. They also list themselves under breakfast included hotels, but then it’s not. It’s optional for $13. Again, really???

The fact I wasn’t informed that the room I paid for wasn’t available and I wasn’t giving an option to choose the other ones to pick for it was selected for me , the tv needs to be upgraded if you bring a fire stick or anything it’s won’t work and the quality of the tv is trash .. and also that it said breakfast is included in what you pay but it’s not free you have to pay for it

The property is very friendly and nice and I was able to check in early . The property was very clean , the pool was nice and the staff were very understanding and friendly .. everything went smoothly.

Even though this is a Non smoking Hotel, Daily, there is the stench of pot somewhere in the Hotel... the elevator, the hallway, the stairs, etc. They have a business area for their guests, however the computers never work.

3 Employees consistently Stand Out with Excellent Customer Service! D.J., Marissa, and Gill. All Three understand the value of Customer Service to Sonesta's Guests! ! They care about making my stay the best it can be. 2. They work hard to solve problems, repeatedly, 3. They are professional, yet friendly. 4. They go Above and Beyond, always making my stay great! 5. They don't talk on their personal phone while helping guests. 6. They know how to do their job and use the system. 7. They don't make excuses, they get the job done right. When they serve you, you are their priority. ***** ALSO, the cleaning employees work hard to keep the rooms clean; and 1 lovely, kind young woman generously lent me her jumper cables when my battery was dead on a quiet Sunday afternoon!! That is outstanding Care and Service, as well!!! Sonesta, you should recognize these employees in the same valuable way that they work hard to keep your valuable guests returning to your Hotel!

The only issue we had was just one elevator seemed to be working. The key card to the room malfunctioned twice and we had to get them re-scanned. Other than these two issues, the hotel was great.

The location was great for the venue we attended. The facilities were very nice. The room was a nice size so we didn't feel cramped. Will stay here again if the need arises. Great value for the three days we stayed.
