The cleaning lady was rude to my grandkids and very unprofessional, when she asked the kids to get out of the pool she was screaming it was disgusting the way she behaved.

The only thing was there wasn't a sheet and extra blanket for the sofa bed in the room. Also, the elevator was very far and I must've took the wrong way to my room because it took forever to get to it except if I wouldve went up the stairs which was too much for us to carry

We were informed at check in that there was a $5 per day charge for parking. We're used to that in cities, but this was way out in the middle of nowhere, so they had tons of parking space and it felt like a scam. Nobody is going out there without a car. If they just added the $5 to the nightly rate, it would let guests make a more honest price comparison. But by doing it this way, they get to look like the rate is cheaper than it is. Also, the breakfast is noted on cards in the lobby in a way that leads you to believe it's a buffet that's included, as most hotels in this category provide, so we planned our time to include a brief stop in the lobby for breakfast. When I arrived in the lobby in the morning, it was actually not a typical breakfast and they charged for everything It wasn't a usual hot breakfast: there was yogurt and a few other items, plus instant oatmeal. Not the usual hot breakfast with eggs and potatoes, etc. By that time, because I had not planned additional time to go to a restaurant before my appointment, I just took the oatmeal and maybe a banana and didn't go back on the other days. There wasn't one other guest there, so I would think Sonesta would get the hint and do something different. Also, there was a pool, but no hot tub.

Booking.com said I could upgrade my room for a small fee but Sonesta didn't get the correct price booking.com stated. However Bob at the front desk took a look at my reservation and adjusted my price to what it was supposed to be. Great customer service. The room was very nice and the courtyard. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which is great. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds. I will stay again at Sonesta property again

I didn't appreciate the attitude of the guy I checked in with. Basically he was a jerk about the 100.00 deposit that I was not aware of. He was rude and said he could cancel my reservation if I have a problem. Not good customer service at all!

This facility was very nice. The room was nice with a very comfortable bed. A small 24 hour market in the lobby and a restaurant right next door. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
