We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United States of AmericaI booked this hotel because it was pet friendly however they did not tell me they were going to charge me $100 until after I left the property. When I booked it it said charges may apply but they never mentioned anything until I saw a $100 charge on my card. I think that’s ridiculous for one night for one pet! Because of that I would not stay again.

United States of AmericaNot enough luggage carts for checking in/out!! Only 2 for entire hotel. There were two lights/lamps with burned out light bulbs in my room!! Towel bar at sink fell off the wall when I reached for a hand towel. The bathtub surface has no mat nor anything to keep from being very slippery!! Very dangerous!! Mini fridg had cooling issues!! Had hand towel laying on a shelf to keep water from dripping from freezer part!! This Sonesta has changed ownership. The new owners are not too concerned with repairs, normal necessities or any nice amenities!! Their real glasses are no longer provided for drinking from & replaced with very cheap paper thin plastic cups!! Not like it used to b a year ago!! Declined!!

United States of AmericaLike so many other hotels these days, it suffered from the fact that a lot of marijuana smokers think the "No Smoking" policy only applies to cigarettes. There was a consistent smell of pot in the hallway leading to our room and occasionally the smell would drift into our room causing us to open the balcony door on cold evenings.
Great location. Very quiet area but still close to many options for dining and shopping.

United States of AmericaOverall, I would give a higher rating if not for the fact of a strong odor of marijuana in the hallway which at times seeped into our room. It got bad enough to make us open up the sliding door on a cold night. This was not the smell of a one-time pot smoker ignoring the rules. This was the stench of ongoing, continuous rudeness of weed smokers who feel that “no smoking” only applies to cigarettes.

The location was great. Close to many things but tucked away in a quiet corner.
