One of the staff stopped my friend and husband from looking around the property while I was checking in They were told that they could not use the bathrooms unless the were staying as guests

It was a little outdated but the lady at the front desk checking me in was very nice. Location and shuttle to the airport made it ideal for an early morning flight!

The landscaping was non-existent. Seriously, hire someone to attend to the lawn and weeds. A terrible first impression.

facility was clean and well maintained. I arrived late in the evening and was check-in in very quickly. The water for the sink wasn't working but I told the staff the next morning and I'm sure they corrected the issue.

Not a whole lot that I didn't like. I was only there for a very short stay so I didn't take advantage of all the amenities. If there was anything bad, I would've let the front desk know.

Staff not that friendly but ok esp the one servicing the breakfast area, body wash bottle in the shower is empty or dispenser not working, hope they check it before a guest comes in.

When we first got there our sheets were stained and so were our pillows. I don’t know what they were stained with, but it didn’t look good. I didn’t like how the mirror was right infront of our bed where the sink was. We found a few roaches throughout the day in our room, which also made us realize that the place wasn’t as clean as it needed to be. The hotel is pretty far from things as well. It took us like 30min or more to get to where we wanted to be at everyday. The public restrooms down stairs near the lobby almost always smelled terrible and were always messy. The view from our room was nice though, because we were at the top floor. But then again, it was hard to find a hotel that lets 18 + year olds check-in, so this hotel was one of the few that did.

There’s really nothing I liked about it. It was just a very simple hotel, nothing great about it.

The one problem I had was with the room, it needs blinds!! Being able to sleep in a dark room should always be an option, unfortunately the street lights from the parking lot shone directly in our room without any way of blocking it out.

The maids need to take a little more time to clean the bathrooms thoroughly! Hair on the floor of both rooms and the walls need to be wiped down specially in the bathrooms.

The flooring in the room could be updated, which I think they are in the process of doing.

I liked the welcoming, "cozy" feel to the lobby and breakfast area. The size and lay out of the room was great and had a nice size sitting area with couch--that was clean! The bed was wonderful, and the linens and pillows seemed brand new. I like, and need, a really soft pillow in order to get a good night's sleep, and this was one of the best pillows I have slept on. For those who like a firm pillow, don't fret because they have them, too.

The room and bathroom could have been cleaner. The sheets had stains on them that did not appear to be recent but had not washed out and the bathroom needed a good scrubbing from top to bottom.

This hotel had a nice layout, the room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also good with several options.
