Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Close to the Airport! The location is great, the great spots to visit are between 10 -20 mins from the hotel! They serve a delicious hot breakfast in the morning and the double queen suite was spacious enough for 4 adults to stay there comfortably.

Pool was a little murky.
It has a fairly large indoor pool. Beds were comfortable. We caught the first shuttle to the airport (4:50am) and they had coffee and continental breakfast available before the shuttle. Thank you very much much!

The housekeeping situation and clean towel exchange. At check-in we were advised to bring dirty towels down and that we could just exchange them for clean towels. That worked for 1 day. Then the next day we took our towels down but we had to go back to the room to wait for towels. Then on the 3rd day when we should have gotten our room cleaned, we left for the morning and early afternoon; however, when we returned the cleaner had not been there and we had to wait for her as she was not available to clean the room. We called down and she came shortly thereafter, but we had another engagement and were now inconvenienced by the time someone we had to waste to start getting ready. The next morning as we were preparing to go to brunch, we realized the cleaner had not left us any face towels. I went back down to the desk to retrieve them in hand, but we had to wait for someone to bring them to the room. That took an additional 15-20 minutes of precious time. This was not a favorable situation. Make communication clear. Clean the room daily. Either make the towel replenishment situation self-serve or strictly delivery-driven. COVID is over. Please hire more cleaning staff. Also, a detailed maintenance sweep needs to be done. There were scratches in the wallpaper in the lobby. In our room, there was a peculiar white stain on the deep charcoal sofa. Someone's child had drawn on the TV console in the top right corner nearest the closet. The comforter on my bed had a hole and was dingy. I could tell that some of the bedding was newer/cleaner as some of it appeared whiter than the rest. While the ability to have someone in the mirror and someone in the shower/ using the toilet at the same time is convenient-ish, it needs a second door for privacy. A room of this size needs a mirrored sit-down vanity area. A simple lighted mirror in the desk area would suffice.
The size of the room was great for the rate and amount of people who stayed (2). The room was relatively clean. The breakfast was prepared daily and had a decent selection.

I didn't see a water bottle filling station, that would have been nice! I may have just missed it. Also would have liked to start out with 4 bath towels since our reservation was for 4 people. Some stains on the couch that made us feel a little icky.
Breakfast was good with lots of options. Pool was nice and warm. No issues with noise. Convenient to highway. Front desk friendly and helpful. Had a great stay!

Location and cost of the room was the main attraction. Shuttle to airport was an added bonus as I was dropped off by a friend in a car.

My room could have been a lot cleaner. I could see hair on the floor and in the shower area. Also floors in the bathroom areas were not properly cleaned.

After taking a late night flight, I was totally unaware that my room/booking was not guaranteed if it was not paid for (the hotel was sold out). Mrs. Brooks the late night front desk clerk was amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient, was able to get me in a room with no problems and with a smile. This made my quick trip a successful adventure.

Needs a Lil more heat in the pool room but it was 8am lol
Our stay was great we got in to town early and the staff was amazing they got us checked in early we were able to even enjoy breakfast and of course an 8 am dip in the pool lol there were 6 of us and the room. Was huge and even the pull out couch /bed was comfortable definitely would recommend

The floor corners down by the air unit were grimy and needed cleanliness detailing. The couch was nice but unfortunately had large stains on it, making me weary to sit. And the vanity mirror lighting was extremely dim, providing no real place to apply cosmetics. Also, none of the buttons on the air unit worked, so it wouldn't turn off or adjust. I'm sure if I called the front desk they could have had someone assist with that, but I didn't have time.
Staff was nice. Bathroom, shower, beds, coffee area and and vanity looked clean. It was nice how the living area and desk were separate from the bed area.

Loved everything about our stay
