Don’t understand why you take a $150 security deposit when you already have my cc info. Will Never go again. Would not have stayed there if I knew. Also, $75 pet fee. Rip off for a ten pound non shedding dog.

Cons I was initially given a room that hadn’t been cleaned (unmade bed, dirty towels on the floor, opened drinks laying around). We checked in late (close to 11pm) since we drove from VA. After I checked in I went to prep the room for my family I unfolded the pull out couch for my children and it was just a mattress. No other sheets, bedding or pillows were available in the room. The sheets were rough and irritated my skin a little but they were freshly laundered.

Pros The manager apologized for checking me into a room that hadn’t been cleaned and upgraded me to a suite. I called the front desk for bedding for the pull out couch and the manager promptly got a “bed in a bag” ready for us.

I spoke with front desk which I was advised that a pool guy was there to fix the indoor pool. However, it wasn’t fixed properly which left the pool water freezing cold

Booking.com listed a hot tub as an amenity. That was a lie. Could have stayed at another location for less cost, but the hot tub was the reason for choosing this hotel. I will never use Booking.com again.

The toilet was not cleaned and questioned if anything else was cleaned. The beds were disshoveled and not properly made up. It did smell like it was mildew in the room, but after the heater came on and off, it disbursed. All in all, there are some things that need to be updated. The building needs to be updated.

The lobby is beautiful and the staff were very accommodating. The value for the room was good, and it was worth the stay with the exception of some other things I've listed below.

Stains on the pullout couch, like all over. The hallway smelled like a smoking hotel, but they tried to cover up the smoke so it was like musty smell of covered up cigarette smoke like in the rooms and in the hallways so maybe at one point it was a smoking hotel, that took, I’m getting used to .The place that was the reataurant Where are we try to get breakfast the next morning was severely understaffed so there is one woman there and a lot of people are waiting for food so it took a really long time to get even just one sandwich. But she was super nice I just felt bad she was so understaffed and more and more people kept coming down for coffee and food

Go flooded out of our room, by the room above us and had to change rooms in the middle of the night

Hallway carpets were dirty and hallway had a smell. A few small things were defective in our room like the tv, fridge door and shower soap holder detached from the wall while showering.

Excellent customer service. Called to ask about our room satisfaction shortly after checking in. Enjoyed the large desk as well.
