Three of us stayed in the room. There were only towels and coffee for two. The faucet knob in the tub was very loose and difficult to use.

The pool was closed for repairs and that was not relayed to me. The price should have been adjusted because that is one of the reasons we stayed here was so my kids could go swimming.

Very disappointed that the pool was closed for renovation. This hotel was booked primarily to use the pool over the holiday weekend. Had I known about the closure I would have canceled my reservation and booked elsewhere. Considering the pool was closed the nightly rate was more than I would usually pay for a hotel with no pool. I would very much like to be contacted regarding a refund. Also despite the hotel not being fully booked for the weekend our room was right next to a family with children who were not very quiet. Lastly there was no breakfast or housekeeping which is surprising since most hotels now offer both. We will not be staying here again.

The water in the shower was hot and relaxing. The room had a nice love seat to watch TV from. Cable TV with all my favorite channels.

The rooms need to be cleaner. The soap bar by the sink was open, there was what seemed to be a used facial clothe that had been left there hanging, the garbage pale had a bottle in it, night stand had cup stains on it, where toilet was there was urine stains. It became so uncomfortable to be there... I didn't know what else I would encounter. Also I called for an extra blanket and the front desk lady was going to send someone to bring it and the guy never showed up with the blanket. I went down and the front desk lady got it for me herself.

Overall, it was a nice place and in a good location. Rooms are pretty nice and updated.

Good value. Room clean and well taken care of. Good size room. Nice decor. Bathroom spotless. Pool area. could have been a bit cleaner, socks and papers on table and floor for two days. Towels left from previous day(s). Loved the indoor to outdoor pool. Temp of water comfortable. Hot tub clean and hot!

I ordered two rooms and was very unpleasantly surprised that I got them in two different places in the hotel. I expected them to be at least on the same side since they can't be next to each other anymore.

The overall breakfast was OK, but nothing special. The surprise was the limited choice of breakfast.

The musty smell in the rooms and the hallways would keep me from returning. I was shocked that I didn’t end up with a sinus infection. Definitely could not spend more than 1 night there.

Staff was very helpful in getting me an early/on time check in so we could dress for an event. This was greatly appreciated.

Did not know ther was work going on outside our window and early in morning, pool was hard to walk too, long way with my disability, you had said there would be a balcony attached to the room window area.

Let us stay 1 hour longer and fast check in.

What I didn't like was that Booking.com offered an upgrade for $4 extra per night which would have given me a 2 Queen Bed upgrade with courtyard view. After mentioning this to the receptionist at the hotel I was advised that those rooms didn't exist. So.... I don't know why Booking.com $8 would charge me the extra money. I will be hesitant to book w/booking.com again. My stay otherwise was a great experience at no fault to the hotel.

I was so excited to use the pool with the indoor/outdoor access but I was a little disappointed when I got in and there were brown stains on the bottom of the pool.

I called to check in early (as I had requested when I booked the room) and the concierge was very helpful and polite. She even encouraged me to call multiple times to check if there were rooms opening up. She then contacted me when one was ready.

It was very old and didn’t feel very clean. Huge amount of plastic waste - especially with breakfast. So much disposable plastic. Terrible for the environment.
