I did not like when I asked for extra pillows and did not receive them. (I’m disabled and this was expressed in my request.) I did not like when I went to check out and was told that I had a balance over $250 when everything was paid for on my day of arrival. The receipt that was printed out was inaccurate, the clerk asked questions that didn’t apply, the manager went on break when there were two customers experiencing the same issues with their discrepancy on our payments. We both paid for our rooms when we arrived and were not told that the payment was a deposit. The entire thing did not make any sense. I was also told that their system was wiped out and that what was paid was for the cost each night. If I already paid $770+ for the stay, why was my receipt reflecting $414+ was paid with a $250+ balance. This entire incident will not make myself and my business partner consider staying at this facility for our next business event as how it was handled was 100% unacceptable. Hopefully the right eyes will see this and open an investigation as to why both clerk and manager created such an uncomfortable environment for customers. There were also other patrons who had this happen to them. I will be awaiting my $125 refund from the $770+ that was already paid. Let’s not have this unprofessionalism moving forward. Thanks

I was told that you have to request housekeeping and it is not automatic. I then asked if I could get new towels and rags and never received them. The tub was not very clean.

The hotel is very nice and coordinated well. The lounge area was clean and comfortable.

Rooms were a bit sparse, but okay. Staff person signed us up for the incorrect shuttle, but it worked out okay. Walls are thin and the folks in adjoining rooms were loud for a while.

We liked the proximity to the airport. The hotel looked new, clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The staff charged me for parking rates not asking if I bought a car the moment, I checked in which is the first question that should be asked, by the front desk and they charged me.

Having to pay for hot water was a huge surprise. It was amazing to go to a hotel and have to wait for the restaurant area to open to obtain hot water for a cup of tea.

The shared facilities were clean, smelled refreshed, room was clean. Really nice place, nice staff, enjoyed my stay. The meal I ordered was delicious.

The bed in my room 309 was low to the floor, NO mattress cover only sheets, mattress needs to be replaced and A/C made noise all night.

Not enough towels provided. I thought it was weird that there was only one washcloth, two hand towels, and two bath towels. This heat/AC unit we’re tricky to use. There was a thermostat in the room and a thermostat on the unit and it was never obvious which was actually controlling the unit, the final thing I didn’t like was extremely minor, but annoying nonetheless. The desk lamp on the desk had all the indications that it was an articulating lamp, but the lamp actually didn’t articulate. The screw tightened hinge that would normally bend on a desk lamp was all one solid piece and only there for decoration. So weird! Besides those two minor annoyances, and the third super silly annoyance, the hotel is really nicely appointed and a great value.

The room was nice and modern. The lobby area was very nice, fireplace, furnishings were all top notch. The front desk, staff, the housekeeping, staff, and the shuttle bus drivers were all helpful and kind.
