You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe drain in the bathtub was not working properly on the first night, so we notified the front desk the morning after. They then quickly fixes the problem so bonus for the quick response. I also don't like how you have to pay for parking considering this isn't in a very busy or populated area, and there are ton of empty spaces.
Was able to book two rooms next to each other with a fantastic waterfront view. Rooms were big, and clean, and the hotel staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaThe hotel's breakfast is really bad. Bread, canned drinks, no hot food. The waiter can help you heat it up in the microwave. So next time I won't book a room with breakfast.
The room is clean and the location is good. It is very close to the airport. However, the surrounding restaurants are far away.

United States of AmericaParking is $12 a night. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the bath products provided were not very good. Also the area is not walkable and you need a car or alternate mode of transportation if you decide to stay here.
Beds are super comfortable and water view room was very nice. Room also included a microwave and refrigerator. Location is pretty good as you are a 15 minute drive from most attractions. The early check in and late check out were huge perks as well.

BrazilIt was difficult to contact the hotel prior to our staying. We could not book the free shuttle offered and had to pay an Uber $40 from airport to hotel which is too much for the short distance. Breakfast could be better.

The room was good, but I didn't get breakfast. I didn't see anyone at the breakfast room even in the morning at around 9am. I bought my coffee the day I checked out.
