The drain in the bathtub was not working properly on the first night, so we notified the front desk the morning after. They then quickly fixes the problem so bonus for the quick response. I also don't like how you have to pay for parking considering this isn't in a very busy or populated area, and there are ton of empty spaces.

Was able to book two rooms next to each other with a fantastic waterfront view. Rooms were big, and clean, and the hotel staff was friendly.

The hotel's breakfast is really bad. Bread, canned drinks, no hot food. The waiter can help you heat it up in the microwave. So next time I won't book a room with breakfast.

The room is clean and the location is good. It is very close to the airport. However, the surrounding restaurants are far away.

Parking is $12 a night. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the bath products provided were not very good. Also the area is not walkable and you need a car or alternate mode of transportation if you decide to stay here.

Beds are super comfortable and water view room was very nice. Room also included a microwave and refrigerator. Location is pretty good as you are a 15 minute drive from most attractions. The early check in and late check out were huge perks as well.

Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Helpful staff and quiet area with a garden, plus back access to waterfront. Good light in work space within the building.

It was difficult to contact the hotel prior to our staying. We could not book the free shuttle offered and had to pay an Uber $40 from airport to hotel which is too much for the short distance. Breakfast could be better.

Disappointed that the evening bar wasn't not open. Coffee in room was not great. Went downstairs to get coffee. Machine was broken. Charged $5.00 for a cup of coffee. I understand property was getting updated and it looks great. Give your guests free coffee.

The room was great, clean and large. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and television worked well. The proximity to the airport was amazing. The staff was helpful and resourceful.

Breakfast was not what we had expected. A coupon is given which allows only 1 item plus 1 drink per person with extremely limited options overall. This is substandard considering the size and quality of the hotel otherwise.

The “water view” room, 254, had no view. What we saw were trees, and old gutters and boards on the ground. Terrible.

1. bed is too soft and my back hurts. 2. they gave me the regular room but I ordered water view. I requested to change the second day and they didn't offer me any difference. 3. I never receive my receipt after the trip. I had to call them twice.

The freeway is across from my room and the hotel. I heard a lot of noise during the night and I am a light sleeper so that was not a great stay for me at all.

The room was good, but I didn't get breakfast. I didn't see anyone at the breakfast room even in the morning at around 9am. I bought my coffee the day I checked out.
